Melanie (hygienist) was wonderful as well. She took her time and made me feel as I had known her a lifetime.

Dr. Wright is the perfect dentist for my family. I have never felt so comfortable with a dentist as I do her. I rarely have to wait even 5 minutes, and the care is excellent. She explains things in a way that I can understand, and her charges are reasonable. I am confident in her recommendations. When I had an emergency broken veneer on my front tooth, she worked me in immediately. The hygienist is excellent and very friendly. The office staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Wright is the best! She makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend while still doing efficient work. She has done a crown for me and multiple cleanings and I can honestly say, I HATED going to the dentist before her and now I actually look forward to it! We used to go to 3 different dental practices - 2 different adult practices, and 1 pediatric. A few years ago our entire family switched over to Dr. Wright's practice and she is stuck with us! When I think about my general dislike for dentists (not personal), the reasons include dislike of the associated pain/anxiety, cost, wait, fear of judgment. We like the simplicity of the office - the office staff is respectful, the wait has never been long, and costs are explained upfront. Dr. Wright does not push unnecessary procedures, and she and her staff are calm and reassuring, decreasing the anxiety factor. She is encouraging and nonjudgmental. The kids have no arcades or playroom, but do not seem to miss it - they know regular teeth checkup is necessary, and not a playdate. Dr. Wright and her staff have good rapport with the kids and they do not appear anxious or fearful on checkup days. I recommend Dr. Wright's practice without reservation.

Dr. Wright and her team are extremely compassionate and competent. Her caring, personable nature put me at ease immediately. Her office was able to scedule my permanent filling on the same day I requested an appointment. Dr Wright explained each part of the procedure so that I felt taken care of during the entire process. No question or concern was too small. I (and my family) are blessed to be provided with the high-quality care that her office consistently provides.

I have been going to Dr Mathis for the past 10 years and have been very happy with him. He has just retired this summer 2018 but has found a wonderful dentist Dr Wright who has taken over his practice. She is a Coppell HS alum who is intelligent and interesting as well as very nice. I trust her and the Wednesday dentist and funny Dr Gonzales. With them and their wonderful staff, you cannot go wrong. You cannot go wrong with Dr Wright, lol. I’ll always love my original Coppell dentist Dr Mathis, abut I truly appreciate his picking out a great team to carry on the practice.

I have been a patient of this practice for over eight years! It is filled with caring and professional staff. Dr. Mathis made a great choice in Dr. Wright as she cares about her patients just as he did. I had an emergency and they got me in the same day and Dr. Wright called to check on me the next day, it was so thoughtful. Melanie and Shonda are fantastic as well, Melanie even remembers which TV station I prefer to watch during cleanings and Shonda is so personable and welcoming.
