The ambiance at this venue exceeded expectations. It was my inaugural visit, and I was pleasantly impressed. The bowling prices are reasonable, and there are numerous other activities available. I suggest this spot for a date night, company event, or a casual family outing.

Really enjoy myself this time. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The waitress was very attentive. Everything was clean, and all the machines worked. The drinks from the bar were good as well.

One of the coolest bowling alleys I have come across. Exterior cleanliness there's only equal to the interior cleanliness; top notch. Staff is energetic, helpful and informative and assisting with your needs. Play mechanics and experiences are outstanding. As this establishment not only provides bowling services but various other games that entertainment genres. Rock climbing, arcade game playing, line walking, bumper cars and so much more. Food and drinks are equally outstanding. Especially the bar drink and food options. Even the straightforward bowling games have an edge on how you can play the game. Such as playing angry birds with bowling. Or change it up with a 1980s college rule paper pencil art theme bowling experience. Each one has her sets of rules different from the others but all entertaining nonetheless. Highly suggestible place for singles, couples and families.

A great place all around. The service in the VIP area was excellent as were the bartenders.

This place is 1,000+ seriously. The food customer service and drinks are great. Our lane was given to a party while we were dining in the restaurant area and the lead immediately upgraded us to VIP in return. Now we will always get VIP and Jay the bartender makes the best drinks. He's very creative. Thank you

We went here to celebrate my birthday & we had a ball! From bowling, to bumper cars, to the huge Foosball table we had a lot of fun! Happy hour was good too! We will definitely be back!

Great place to have kids party or get together. The staff is very helpful and polite . Great job !

Came for Saturday night bowling. Enjoyed the bourbon Shake and chocolate shake. Want to return to try the rock climbing wall.

This 5 stars goes to AL the manager! He was super awesome super accommodating after some troubles we were having. Definitely will be returning just because of the way he handled himself and the staff. Thank you Al!

Was a lot of fun some of the employees should be more interested in there duties make it more exciting and efficient for the customer though.

Lovely place for kids and adults alike. While kids play there is a bar n restaurant area for the adults. Good place for a Friday evening as fam. Waiting staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had a couple of cocktails while kids had their space to play. 'would visit again' place.

Awesome place and has got something for kids all ages. Laser tag, rock climbing wall, gaming arcade, bowling. Luckily the food experience was also great. Food and drinks came out quickly. Overalll a great trip and the kids had a blast! Will surely visit again!

If you are throwing a party here, Aaron and his party crew are the best people to work with! When our RSVPs exceeded the max limit for the party room, they were very accommodating and gave us the option to use their covered/heated patio. Food, service and help from party hosts was up to par! Everything went well without any hiccups and we had a great time! Highly recommend this place!!

Pinstacks was definitely MORE than I expected. Seems to bring out that inner kid. Arcade games, bowling, laser tag, etc. I was there for an office Christmas party. The food they prepared was pretty good. I also saw a very large pizza that another party has ordered. Looked very tasty. I will definitely be returning to bowl next time, play more games, and order me a pizza and some drinks. I think they have a special on Tuesday or Wednesday. Check into it. It's a hit!

The service was bad and I knew walking in that it would be based on them not having been prepared for people that had already made reservations. So coming in and waiting for a little bit even though we were on time and nobody was really in there so I didn't get the brief wait. I can't remember our servers name I just knew that she wasn't going to give a great experience from her lack of attention. Anyway she reassured us that the food will come out altogether lol after, Another lady starts to bring things out separate, she immediately gets an attitude. All she does is take our food and keep it in the back and waits for the other food to get ready so now that food is cold and the fresh supposedly food is also cold as well. So I knew automatically it was not gonna be good, which it wasn't. The big milkshake that we ordered was beautiful, but it was not tasty, we ordered a barbecue Burger that was just thrown together and then the mozzarella sticks didn't look like it was really cooked. The boneless chicken wings were fine, I ended up sending everything back besides the boneless wings,our fries, and the sprite. I ordered a margarita which was gross, It tasted like water and Alcohol. She quickly got upset as if im suppose to enjoy it regardless. You can't say that you're too busy because nobody was really in here, But long story short, sent the food back only paid like $20. I didn't even look at her anymore, we just paid the check and went to play games for the rest of the night and we had a great time playing games, not too crowded. We got to get on everything we wanted without waiting too much. We checked out the game prize room but decided to keep our tickets and save them for next time, so we will be back hopefully with a better experience. 5/14/23

The family had a wonderful experience at this place. Great arcade playing options, nice social distanced bowling alleys. They even have laser tag, which was great fun. Their restaurants have great pizza’s and burgers. We specially liked their sweet potato fries. The kids loved it as well.

Nice clean restrooms and courteous service. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a super good time with our friends. Nice video games and lots of activities for kids. They have huge shakes, ice cream, food also beer… it was super fun.

PINSTACK is a beautifully done center with terrific food (and incredible milk shakes), multiple bars, bowling, arcade, laser tag, bumper cars, and other fun things to do. Not surprisingly, it was packed this Friday with more than a 2-hour wait time to get a lane. (Book online to reserve in advance.)

Greatest place to bowl in dfw. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for,bowling alley are in prestige conditions, the gaming arcades are well maintained, everything works ,the events are so much fun you won't stop smiling and the food is amazing. Best thing of all the staff is extremely nice, the manager Trevor made sure we had the greatest time ever went above and beyond.
