If you have applied for any jobs with this employer, I have to advise you that you are about to meet the grumpiest and most impressional interviewers here! I was astonished how amateur their interviewer or "HR-representatives" were. My expectations from KC Metro were set to higher standards since they are a government organization. However, their unskilled interviewers made me feel as if I was being interviewed for flipping burgers in McDonald's which genuinely led me to a dilemma and startle!
No matter how talented, skilled, and well-qualified you are; They would treat you like a high-schooler whose previous achievements mean nothing but some junk to deceive them to get the job!
