Just had an exceptional interaction with Cline Jewelers. Specifically Mindy. She identified me immediately when I walked in the door and she made eye contact all the way across the store and waved and let me know she could help me. The store is exceptionally well put together, clean and welcoming. I brought in a very inexpensive silver chain for repair that had sentimental value to me which the clasp had broken on. Price was straight forward, process was efficient. I perused around the store and found an excellent collection from the estate side to custom Jewelers they work with. Mindy walked with me and showed me each piece that I identified as something I liked and she educated me on them and she's a total joy. This is a place I would support based on how Mindy treated me. I'll be back!

I purchased a custom engagement ring for my wife from Cline jewlers recently and the experience was incredible! (for context this review is coming from someone who has an extremely jaded view of the diamond tradition and the cultural pressure to define your relationships worth through spending thousands on dollars on rare stones! ) My opinions on our culture aside, I wanted my wife to feel honored, valued, and beautiful so I went to Cline with my mom with low expectations. They were incredible every step of the way, Anita made the process fun, approachable and not at all intimidating. They offered us an excellent trade in value on heirloom family jewelry that was out of style, collaborated on a design element of the engagement ring alongside us and allowed us to extract meaningful diamonds from family pieces to preserve the legacy while creating something very special and unique for the love of my life. The pricing on all this service was extremely fair and was approximately half of what I had expected to spend on an engagement ring, which allowed me to provide my wife to be with something truly special.

They also responded happily to a last minute request on my part to expidite the creation of the ring to meet a strict deadline AND provided a free resize when it was too big after the proposal.

I would highly recommend Cline jewlers to people of any income level looking to participate in this intimidating and stressful task, they are highly skilled at putting the fun back into it!

I could spend hours in this place! The new location is spacious and well-lit so that everything sparkles. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, but also approachable and personable. I "traded in" some old gold jewelry that I no longer wear and wanted something new. I appreciated Anita's patience while I spent considerable time choosing a gorgeous diamond ring to celebrate my retirement. I intend to take in a few pieces of heirloom jewelry to be updated so that I can wear them for years to come. Their website is excellent and easy to use, with an extensive selection and really lovely estate items.

My fiancé and I went here to have my ring sized down after getting engaged and wedding band shop. When we went in for my ring sizing we were greeted by Gina, who helped us get everything set up. Something that meant a lot was how genuine and kind Gina was. Gina was so excited to help us as well as being so happy for us being a newly engaged couple. Gina helped with my ring sizing and a few weeks later helped me search for my wedding band.
I wanted my band to match perfectly to my ring I had very specific vision. Gina was patient as I tried on every single band in the store.
I found a few bands I loved and was able to point out what I wanted my band to look like by trying these other bands on. She helped us set up a custom design plan to build me a band.
( Yes that is right Cline jewelers can build you custom jewelry ! )
In life you don’t forget moments like this and I’m so happy that we have Cline jewelers in our town.

Cline Jewelers has a very nice selection of fine jewelry, estate jewelry, and even some well-made "casual" pieces available in their extensive collection. The variety of styles is outstanding and the sales staff are very helpful. I especially enjoy designing custom pieces with their on-site designer (Mindy), who has helped me to take my design ideas from conceptual to structurally sound and beautiful, comfortable pieces that are uniquely my own. The on-site jewelers do excellent work, to my specific standards, and are able to describe how a design may be best executed. I look forward to doing future projects with Cline Jewelers.

I loved working with Mindy! I had my wedding rings redone and they were able to use the 3 diamonds from my original ring and 1 from a necklace plus we added a new diamond- I love the new look plus the nostalgia of having my old diamonds I’ve worn for 38 years! I’d taken my ring to a different jeweler in a different establishment to fix a broken prong, and he did a very poor and sloppy job, leaving my ring quite different from its original. When I realized Cline Jewelers do repairs as well as retail, I brought my ring in for a consultation. They fixed it! They understood immediately why I was so unhappy with what the first jeweler had done and were able to return my ring back to its original beauty and function. Thank you all so much!!
