The Comstock Family and their staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable! I always have a great experience when I stop by and they have unique and stunning jewelry - they always have new things to look at when I visit. I especially love their custom made jewelry! Comstock Jewelers holds a place in my heart along with the Comstock family themselves and they will always be a special part of the community!

I found Comstock based on the reviews of two of my co-workers and they are conveniently located just around the corner from my work.
I had always (mistakenly) assumed local jewelers only catered to more high-end clients so I never really gave them a thought before. For our 10 year anniversary, I decided to see what would be involved to do a re-size and maybe a different setting for my traditional solitaire. After having only dealt with Fred Meyer Jewelers in the past, I was blown away by the amazing customer service (Erin! You are a gem to work with!!), and never once did I feel pressured to upgrade/trade-in (something that always bothered me every time I went into FMJ in the past). I wasn't really sure what exactly I wanted other than something a little more low set since I was constantly knocking my higher setting on things. Erin was so sweet, offered amazing options and was so patient. I never felt like my project was beneath them or not expensive enough for their attention. I will never ever go back to a big chain jeweler and highly recommend Comstock for their enthusiasm and willingness to work on a smaller project like mine and still treating me with the highest level of customer service. Not to mention I'm so incredibly happy with my ring. It feels brand new again and I find myself looking at it all the time! I cannot recommend them enough!

Great experience, friendly professional and helpful people. Would definitely recommend services. Never felt like I was being sold. They are so good at making people feel relaxed and informative about themselves.

After several trips for various repairs and cleanings we decided it was time to re-create my ring to have it built to last. My husband and I worked closely with Sarah G. and through the whole process she was very communicative and open to feed back on the custom ring we were building. When Sarah was unavailable Erin was also a great help! The end product is perfect and I’m beyond happy we went the route of starting fresh with Comstock and Sarah! The attention to detail, consistent communication, and virtual renderings of possible ideas is what sets Comstock apart from other jewelers. I have plans for other things I want to work on with them in the future. I’m attaching a photo of the finished ring on the ring finger, the wedding band is on the other finger and are from elsewhere for years ago. I recommend the store & Sarah G to everyone I talk to about my ring!

We love Comstock! They are so friendly and offer great service. I have a non-traditional ring, that I love more than any other ring I’ve seen. So many other places I’ve went before finding Comstock were quite judgmental and looked down on me for this. When I found Comstock I was hoping for a better experience, and it truly was! I will never go to another jeweler. They treat me and my ring like any other traditional ring, and they understand the love and sentimental value I have for my ring. They also so many beautiful pieces they have in the store I always admire whenever I’m in. Comstock will have mine and my husband’s business forever, and I will always recommend them to anyone!

Excellent Service at a Reasonable Price. 5 STARS! I recently had a very pleasant experience working with Comstock Jewelers in Edmonds to custom a ring for my daughter-in-law using the diamond from my own engagement ring many moons ago as the center stone in her chosen setting. Throughout the rather complicated process since my son and daughter-in-law live in Europe, Comstock was courteous, professional, and most helpful. On top of it, the price was very reasonable and the work was timely. I highly recommend this wonderful local family jeweler!

I cannot say enough good things about Comstock Jewelers. The swiftness, kindness and overall knowledge from the staff made my experience quite easy and kinda fun for someone who knows next to nothing when it comes to jewelry. I am happy with my purchase and I'm glad to support a local business here in Edmonds. I will definitely keep Comstock Jewelers in mind when it's time to get more of those "lady's best friends". I am very pleased with the service I received at Comstock Jewelers! I had an appraisal done for my wedding ring, a turn of the century Tiffany ring sized, and a diamond replaced in a Pave ring. The communication was fantastic and I believe the price was definitely aligned with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them for all of your jewelry needs!

My experience start to finish was excellent! They are professional, personal, and very reasonable. The purpose of my visit was to fix the prongs that hold up my diamond on my engagement ring. Erin is whom I spoke with and I was blown away by what started out as a standard fix of two prongs to ending with setting my diamond lower in my band to where I have always wanted it! This only happened because she listened to me share about how I have always wanted it to look and why. When I picked up my ring my jaw dropped and my eyes watered. It was beautiful and how I have always wanted it. Thank you Comstock!

I can't say enough great things about Comstock Jewelers. I have been going there for years. Even though I now live in southern California I still send my jewelry to them. They check my settings to make sure they are still secure. I purchase items from them. All they have to do is text me a picture. They know what I like. Recently I sent a ring to them to replace a stone. I'm thrilled the way it turned out. I could use a jeweler down here, however, I totally trust Comstock Jewelers more than anyone else. Having a jeweler you trust means everything to me. Please feel confident that their workmanship is the best.

Our family has been very happy with our purchases and our service at Comstock Jewelers. I love that this is a family owned and run local business. Everyone is VERY friendly, and down to earth. We have purchased everything from watch batteries to diamonds, and are always treated with enthusiasm and respect! Just recently I brought some old gold rings to sell and was very happy with the fair price I received! Its nice to have a trustworthy local jeweler so close to home!

Just picked up my engagement ring after it was repaired by Comstock Jewelers in Edmonds. After 35 years wearing it next to my wedding ring I felt a rough spot the prongs. I like to shop locally so I chose to take it to Comstock Jewelers. They showed me the damage and repaired it perfectly. All the work is done right there and in less than a week it was ready for pickup. While I live in an area with many large jewelry stores, their friendly staff really cares about their customers and their attention to detail assures they do quality work.

Walking into Comstock Jewelers is so refreshing! Every employee makes you feel like you are welcome, and they are genuinely interested in your needs or interests. After a while they really start to feel like family! I love that they are family owned and have been in Edmonds so long! Defiantly tells me that they are reputable and that they are loved by their community.

Sara was super nice over the phone & quickly provided me with very detailed pricing along with multiple options via email. While I did end up going with another jeweler just because of my limited budget, their pricing was competitive & I appreciated the time they took to talk to me & how detailed they were. Comstock Jewelers couldn't have made it easier to find exactly what I was looking for! I was in a time crunch to get my now fiancee an engagement ring, and I had been working with some jewelers who were trying to land me on rings that were outside of my criteria and budget. Boo!

One time, for our custom ring, we were able to get it resized in an hour!
