Shoe Dept. Encore

Found ourselves at the mall looking for Shoes so we decided to stop in at Shoe Department Encore, this was a nice large place with endless supplies of shoes, including sandals, walking, running and hiking stuff, they had a nice REd dot sale of 50% going on which saved us a some money on some shoes, staff was very courteous.

I love shopping here. Sometimes the checkout people aren't really into it, but I understand. They aren't rude, just brisk. I like daytime shopping for a slightly more pleasant checkout, but the store is always clean, and the prices are good!

We find great deals here and we're a part of their rewards program which saves us a ton!!! Our son lost his Pokemon cards in the store and the manager made a great effort to find them. Also Julian was kind enough to offer him some of his own. Made my heart melt 😍 thank you all so much! I hope you find my son's book but this made all the difference!

Not sure why this location doesn't have more favorable reviews. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I've always loved this place ever since they opened for their wide selection of shoes and good prices. This is the place to look for work shoes if you work in a restuarant or retail environment and need black non-slip shoes. I've also found great tennis shoes, slides, and hiking shoes here as well. Staff is always friendly and eager to help.

We had a exchange that was received as a gift. The ladies were friendly and helpful. No problem at all... They got me the size I needed. Was in and out of there quickly.

We got good deals for back to school - one funny thing they do is there is only ONE shoe in all the shoe boxes - if you want to try on a pair, they have to get you the mate from the back - other than that, it's where you go in the mall to get shoes
