Yesterday my husband, two sisters-in-law, and I went to take the “awkward 80’s family portraits” at the J.C. Penney studio. I don’t remember her name, but the girl working was petite, had black hair with blue highlights, and lots of really cool tattoos. She was really really kind and helped us get all the perfect photos. We couldn’t afford everything we wanted but she was really understanding and didn’t make us feel bad. On top of all that, she was running the studio all by herself! She’s the bomb and definitely deserves a raise, if you ever want photos book her!

I am so impressed this store is immaculate and everything is beautifully staged. The staff is friendly and they're all busy working if they're not helping customers it's really a great place to shop!

Just got back from shopping at the mall and we looked around at Jc Penney for some workout Gear. Was very impressed with the selection of womens workout gear and mens work out gear. While looking around , I was asked if I needed help about twice which was very nice. Then I got side tracked and went to look at the Mens polos which had a nice selection, will shop here again.

We took our pictures here with Tony. He was very nice and patient with our 2 month baby. We loved our pictures, and we will definitely come back to this location when we want to have another photo session.

Thank you to Letricia over at the makeup section. She was very helpful, nice and took her time helping me pick out a foundation.

Hello, I took my ring in the JCP jewelry dept yesterday to get repaired. A clerk named Patricia went above and beyond to assist me along with the help of a young man. She waited on me and almost missed her lunch break. You don’t find that kind of excellent customer service anymore-

This JCPenney‘s is pretty good. Although the store seems a little smaller and congested that’s due to the bigger selection of items they have in women’s, Men’s, and children’s clothing. The staff is friendly and I was greeted at the checkout with a smile. Will be a returning customer!

Great experience at the salon. Michelle was able to get my daughter in for a haircut even though we didn't have an appointment. She is so happy with the results. Very accommodating, and always had an alternative for us.

I had the best time at jcp on today I went to the makeup department and was help by Logan who btw did an awesome job with showing me how to apply my make up. Gave me the look I needed and wanted had lots of patience’s with me educated me on what do buy and how to apply them. I appreciate honesty and the warm welcome. I went to the jewelry department and received another warm welcome from Cynthia who also was delightful she help my mom and I pick out our jewelry.

I absolutely love this place they always have great sales.

Cynthia was an absolute sweetheart. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to me and my daughter when I took her to get sized. She was very friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. I wish all employees everywhere were like her. Thank you so much!

A friendly staff with welcoming atmosphere

I loved my haircut,always do. My stylist was Ane Eubanks and she listened to what I wanted and gave it to me.JCPenny never let's me down. I had a mess of hair too. Cut it myself the 2 pony wolf cut. Big mistake. Caution when doing a you tube cut. 😬😬.

I love this store...always have! It still remains affordable with really nice, quality clothes. I bought a pair of jeans for my grandson for $20. No holes in the jeans and really nice style and weight.

I went to Madison to get my hair done and had the best experience! She took the time to make sure everything was exactly like I asked for and it turned out even better than I imagined. Everyone was spaced out and masked up and every station was sanitized after use.

We love coming here for our annual holiday pictures. This year was no exception. The photographer did a wonderful job with my girls and I. The photos came out great! This was our second year at this location but seventh year getting them done at JCPenney. I'm so thankful we have this as an annual tradition.

I went there to pick up an online order. The only associate was serving a very old lady and I moved on to another associate that showed up. As I was waiting for my package, the first lady finished checking out the old lady and asked if she wanted help to the car. The old lady declined but was obviously in need of help. The associate just asked the next and only customer on line to go to the line I was standing in and proceeded to drop off the old customer's stuff to her car. Kudos to the associate. You are the type of staff that makes us come back.

Please don't close this store. I support this JCPenney... Children's clothes are made very well, their Arizona brand.. I love the price, fit and styles. This is a nice store. Let's keep it!!!

Very satisfied customer!!! I have shopped at JCPenney’s for years and plan to shop there for many more to come! The service is always superb!!! Their employees are so personable, kind and eager to help with any of your needs. There is always a great selection at a very affordable price!
