American Eagle Store

Cashier AM4290 on Lakeline Mall today 12/28/23 did his best to help me out exchanging a item , I lost the receipt and he was able to find me in the system ,I appreciate that a lot, that is a very good customer service, what a great guy! God bless him! By the way , love the store.

Awesome Store, people were very nice here, looking around for Belts, Hats, Boxer shorts or mens shirts. Also had mens spray, cologne and plenty of womens shirts, jeans, dresses and good racks of clearance items, the store was very laid out well, and the staff was very helpful.

First time shopping in this store. My 10 year old daughter was looking for jeans but she ending buying 4 pair of jeans, 1 skirt and 1 jean short. We were so comfortable asking questions to Miss. Madison (sales person) about prices, styles and sizes because my daughter is very tall for her age. Miss. Madison was so friendly, kind and professional. My daughter was so happy because she found the perfect jeans! Definitely we will be back next month for her birthday 🥳

Madison, what an amazing girl. She helped me try so many jeans until I was 100% satisfied. She went above and beyond. Very young and sweet girl having so much patience with me (a 44 year old mom). You rarely see this service at any store. Thanks so much and I wish you the best in anything you try to accomplish.

Great customer service today! My 11 yo daughter was looking for jeans and Larissa (not sure I spelled that right) at the door was so sweet to her and so friendly. We weren’t successful today, but will definitely be back thanks to the awesome people there!!

Went to American eagle to get some jeans I saw online and Madison (I think) at the door was super informative and helpful! I then got helped by Hannah in the fitting room as she hyped me up with each pair I tried on and helped me grab multiple sizes as Hannah helped me check out she got me signed up for the rewards club! Hanna, Larissa and Sarah (who has helped me previously and is super awesome!) were super sweet and personable! During a pandemic it’s hard to feel normal and safe but this store in lakeline mall met my expectations and more! To top off an amazing experience as I left a couple came in without a mask and Madison at the door was very professional and polite and kept us all safe.

Amazing service from Larissa!! I was struggling trying to find sizes that were fitting me, and she individually spent time with me to help me find the perfect jeans and shorts.

Came in today to buy a pair of jeans and Larissa the manager was running the store by her self as they were short staffed and I was amazed on how fast and effective the service was ! Will be back for sure !
