U-Haul Moving & Storage at Hwy 620

Katherine was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very outgoing, professional, and a true asset to the company. I had to wait some time due to the person in front of me having a complex order, but Katherine made the wait very well worth it. I hope Katherine is there forever so when I need to rent another U-Haul I'd love to rent from her and that location again! 5 stars, A++, Highly recommend.

We love this location. They are very friendly, professional and honest. Even though this is a bit further from our house, we rather do business with this location. We rent a van 3 or more times a month. So we do spend a lot of money with Uhaul. We are pleased we found a location to suit our needs.

All of the staff is very helpful and nice.
Mr. Steve is a wonderful manager.

Steven and Kimbra are lovey folks and have built a team of All Stars that U-Haul on 620 near Anderson Mill. The place is very clean and you get great service with a smile there.

From beginning to end this was an amazing experience! The staff are professional and understanding of your storage needs. I would recommend anyone to this facility and will return to this location if I ever need another storage unit in the future. It is 100% 5 stars 🌟!

Wonderful place, I have dealt with them 2x now. Every time they have been professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve been working around the clock on top of moving and they really took so much stress off my shoulders. Just in awe of their consideration to their customers. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent. It’s so nice to have a good experience like the one I’ve had with this place. To top it all off my rental van was freshly sanitized and clean! Having been to dozens of U-Haul centers over the decades, I'm not sure I've even encountered anyone as friendly and helpful as Katherine was at this location on Hwy 620.

Just wanted to give a shout out and a big "Thank you!" to Steven and his team at this location. Not only did he and David and Kimbra help us out tremendously with the one-way check-in process, they saved my friend a LOT of money with their knowledge and honesty and they were smiling and welcoming the entire time. Rented a truck from this location for a local move. Picking up and returning the truck was a breeze and it was a pleasure dealing with Steven. Very much appreciated his helpful hints that saved me some money. The truck ran well and was very clean. Would definitely recommend and rent from them again.

This small retail space is so incredibly well -stocked!! They will have what you need. Also, every single staff member with whom I have worked is courteous, efficient, and helpful. Great retail store for all your moving needs!

Great trucks! Loaded a baby grand piano, the ride was amazing. Now I’m sitting back enjoying an ice cold Budweiser just like Harry Carry would want me to.

Totally recommend, everyone there super sweet & no matter what situation customer is in. Willing to step up! (Rod super helpful in the beginning let me chill in the lobby when it was freezing out. And takes care of my payment methods quick/simple!! Nicole also!!!

Our 2nd or 3rd time renting a vehicle from here. Each time the vehicles were clean and ran well. Their employee James was super considerate and understanding in providing great customer service.

The customer service there is awesome! They are friendly and not only do they ask if you had a good experience, if there is something that didn't go as planned they will do what they can to make sure you walk away happy. Which is rare. I let businesses know if I'm not happy about something on the spot to see how the person handles it.

Right now this Uhaul has my loyalty and I'll recommend them to anyone who asks. There is no other trunk rental company out there.

James really saved the day. I had a U-Haul reserved at a different location for over a month and they cancelled a couple of hours before the scheduled pickup. This was extra bad because I had a family member flying in to help and needed the truck. I called a ton of other locations and nobody had any trucks. James worked his magic and found a truck for us! If it weren't for James, I wouldn't be moved in to my new place and my family member would have wasted a lot of money on a pointless trip. Thank you again!
