I’m a fan, and customer, for life!!! The food is consistently great: fresh ingredients, perfect grill time, diverse options and toppings for your dream burger, minimum wait time, and finally, amazing milkshakes to wash everything down!
At Brookwood location, Brandi, is super friendly and constantly at work! Christina is also friendly and does a great job on fries!😋

This is the kids' favorite place for a delicious cheeseburger. We usually go twice a month as it is pricey. We have never been disappointed.

The food is amazing, as always at five guys, but the service is hit or miss. Still 5 stars because it’s 5 guys

The guy on the grill always has my food hot and ready now. He has come a long way and really shines on the grill. Didn't get his name but he deserves a raise.

Food is always quality and good, which is why even though it's a bit pricey I keep coming back. They don't have a huge menu, they do what they do and do it well.

I recently had a hot dog, with bacon, mushrooms, and an patty. Sandwich was so good and the fries just are second to none.

The employees working today could not have been better. Very professional and kind.

Typical 5 guys restaurant, dont expect anything fancy but polite, and courteous staffing, but yall not here for that yall wanna know why i wrote this review. Their food is immaculate IT IS ALWAYS HOT 🔥🔥🔥 I MEAN TWO BIG BOYS IN A PHONE BOOTH HAWT. AND THEY COOK IT WITH DAMN LOVE THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. They always make sure to give you hella fries, you can pretty much get full off those without eating your meal but you'll definitely have more for later. I got the Cajun fries they were seasoned with a black mothers intuition for season handling, for those that dont have black mothers, the fries had a plentiful amount to make sure your taste buds knew it was Cajun seasoning all on them fries 🍟! Then i only had a junior (cause im health conscious 😂💀) Fr though that food is cooked like it's got crack in it... I'm salivating thinking about it.. There isn't any crack in the food but the flavor bursts in your mouth with just about any topping you can think of for a Burgers n Dogs type of restaurant. Juicy delectable food cooked with that "at home on the grill" feel. Nothing i can say wrong with this place they really restore faith in my fast food experience with this age of workers..When all else fails 5Guys in the Brookewood Village Excels!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of 5 Stars

I've never been to Five Guys before, and it's defiantly not the last! The food was a bit overpriced but excellent, and the service was the best I had in a long time. I was still healing from my foot surgery, so I couldn't stand or walk for a long time. This beautiful young lady named "Christina" gave me the best service I could've asked for. I asked if she could give me a straw, and with no hesitation, she stopped what she was doing and brought a straw to me. It didn't stop there! When my order was called out, she brought my food to me with a lovely smile on her face and made sure I was well. I'm defiantly coming back when I'm physically feeling 100%.

I cannot Digest canola oil!! And nowadays all the fast food providers use canola oil to fry everything. But you guys use peanut oil. This was my first visit and I did not have a bad stomach ache!!! It was worth the price!! You have won me over. I will be back many times. You are my new burger and fries place.

This is a typical five guys, clean, great service and the best burgers. I love my burger "all the way", If this isn't perfect I don't know what else to do with the burger.

I have started getting the "small" cheeseburger, the doubles are awesome, but slow me down during the day, and I have to split a fry with someone. Maybe I fill up on too many free peanuts.

Great burgers! Very little wait time, and of course, free peanuts while you wait. Being able to see into the kitchen is nice because I now know for a fact that this location buys all of its vegetables whole and cuts them to put on the burgers, and the patties are made of good ground beef and are weighed and shaped individually. If you have a burger craving, this place will hit the spot instantly! Their milkshakes are also pretty good, and from what I've been told are made from real ice cream. They also have those fancy soda fountains that have 200+ different drinks, which I really like because I'm a Perrier drinker!

One of the best chain places to get a burger and fries, this is a great place. Love their soda freestyle machines as well, not sure if all restaurants have them. A little bit on the expensive side, you can always rely on freshness and hot delicious food whenever at a 5 Guys.

Great food and great service. Although there was an indecisive customer holding up the order line, the cook stepped up asked others and myself who were waiting in line what we'd be having, then went ahead and began cooking our food. It's problem solvers like her that make a business great.

Was sitting there for a business meeting. Didn't get a chance to eat but the beers were delivered fast and the crew was very nice!

Like every Five Guys you get more fries than your designated "size" would seem to indicate. Fortunately I live their fries so that is a great thing. The "little" hamburger is also a misnomer because it's more like medium sized and also tastes delicious. Is Five Guys the cheapest burger option? Of course not, but you get what you pay for. In this case you pay for - and get - excellence.
