DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

My 2 teenage boys found some Nike and Converse for $60 each which to me is not bad for name brand shoes! I will be coming back for my 5yr old shoes for school.

This was my first visit to DSW and I was greeted by the sweetest young lady, who proceeded to help me and my grandson! Her name is Cynteria Thomas, and if DSW has what you need, she will take you directly to it! She not only helped us find the shoes we needed, she showed us what was on Clearance, signed me up for coupons, and gave me a discount today! She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful; and because of Cynteria, I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family!

Found me some high heels that were 60$ but the the girl at the register made me an account so I got 20% off I only paid 26$ love it there always have nice heels

I didn't find any shoes that spoke to me but I was still feeling cute. Shoes that only whispered to me were those by JLo and Jessica Simpson. I was looking for some nice winter heels.

It was a great experience!!! I forgot to tell the lady that one of the shoes I bought was dirty. I just got home with them. I meant to ask for a discount and forgot. Not sure if you can see it in the picture!

Entered before closing and the store looked great and was greeted with a smile. Looking for some new sneakers. Selection was good and I found my size. The staff was attentive and helpful even though it was very close to closing. My visit was a great experience and the service was 5 star. I will visit this DSW again and I'll let my friends and family know what s pleasure to visit this DSW.

The store is laid out very nicely with lots of mirrors and space to walk in all the shoes you are going to want to try on! I was there for around 2 hours and got a great deal on the pairs of shoes that I got. Can't believe it was my first time to shop there and I can't wait to go back.

shop there to get good value on running shoes and sandals; when a coupon comes in the mail it is for substantial savings -- meaning company is loyal to its customers and provides a solid reason for a return visit; and store layout is a plus.

Great shoe store. Very nice selection of men's shoes and looks like a huge selection of women's shoes. Prices seem to be reasonable and the staff is friendly. Store is neat and clean. They also have a dedicated discounted section which is always worth checking out.

Great selection of shoes, handbags and other accessories. Store is always clean and well organized. If they don't have your color or size in stock, the staff members are always helpful in ordering them for you. If you shop with them often, you'll be able to take advantage of the coupons they usually offer at checkout. They have a clearance section where you can usually scoop up a pair for cheap. Several stores in Birmingham too!

Went to buy rain boots from here. Very nice atmosphere. Amber (a cashier) was very friendly and sweet. She gave me a couple of coupons! I will enjoy going back!

I only buy my shoes at to store this is always my first choice my second choice would be Belk. If you are a shoe lover this is the place to be. I especially like the fact that I'm not waiting on someone to go to the back and bring me a pair of shoes to try on while they are getting shoes for six other people all the shoes that are in stock all right there in front of you. so you see your style sitting on the box reach below and get your size. Then head to the register with a smile. The staff is very friendly. I hope you are a Reward customer as well. when I pass by the store I'll tell everybody that's my store!

Good place for shoes. I bought some tennis shoes a month ago & they were reasonable and have been comfortable. My wife just bought a pair of flat dress shoes with the same comments. We plan to be repeat customers.

DSW is my store. This past Christmas I ordered a pair of shoes for for someone. I went to the store the day before Christmas looking for my order it was very hard for them to find it but one thing I like was their customer service they did everything they could to find my package so that I can have it for Christmas and it all worked out great thank you guys

Their clearance rack was great, could actually find decent shoes and brands in my size and matching pairs! Customer service was above par as well. Thank you.
