Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham SE/Liberty Park

First time guest. Very impressed with cleanliness of room & hotel. Rooms are quiet. Staff were very friendly & helpful. It is about 15 minutes from downtown & The Summit but well worth the drive to have a safe, well lit parking lot & no traffic to deal with.

This is a beautiful and very safe location that is easily accessible to key areas of the Birmingham metro. It is near a quiet office park close to I-459 with plenty of free parking. The meeting rooms are very nice and even include an outside patio area that can be utilized. We hosted a group of about 30 people at this location and although the hotel was experiencing some technical issues beyond their control during our visit, they were committed to insuring that we were happy and our party was well taken care of. We can't say enough good things about Director of Sales Stephanie McElmurray and General Manager Michael Donaldson. These two leaders and many members of their staff are committed to outstanding hospitality. We recommend this location strongly.

Love the neighborhood with stunning landscapes and the fact that it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. 😍The hotel is very quiet, beautiful and pristine! I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a getaway in the most perfect secluded location. 🤩 Our room was luxurious, the bed was comfortable…truly the best sleep!

The entire staff is friendly, attentive, kind and greet you with a smile. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants but you will need a car since they are not within walking distance.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I love the neighborhood area. I love that it's tucked off location with little traffic. Parking is easy. The hotel is very quiet, clean, and welcoming. The employees are customer friendly and greet you with a smile. Nice covered outdoor area to sit when the weather is nice. Paid breakfast, dinner, and bar are nice. Convenient store type area right by the front desk. Food delivery services will meet you at your room if that is your preference. The pool and workout areas are nice and clean. Each floor has ice machines. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I travel to Birmingham often, and this has become my choice hotel.

Came here after an outpatient invasive surgery. They staff were understanding and kind. Everything was clean. I have no complaints

Wonderful experience at this hotel! The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 on the room is because as a handicap accessible room, the toilet was too low and had no grab bar! Other than that, we were extremely pleased with this hotel, from the very friendly staff to the clean room and very comfortable furniture! Would highly recommend! Area was also very convenient! Keep up the good work!

Crista the bar tender was amazing!! She’s is friendly and personal. She made special drinks for customers request. She has a sweet and friendly personality

This hotel is beautiful and in a quiet area. When we arrived and checked in, there was an issue with our room. Nelson at the front desk accommodated us quickly and made sure we were comfortable for our stay. The breakfast had many options and we were very pleased. Kelsey and the main cook were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their hospitality made celebrating our special occasion an even more joyous event. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel that is extremely clean. Very kind staff especially the bartender/ kitchen personnel. Front desk lady was extremely nice checking in. Well decorated but outside of the hotel not much around his area for food. No problem though this is a great place to stay

Great customer service. Clean room. Wonderful, central location. Parking lot fully lit and safe. If ever in Birmingham again, will definitely stay here.
An aside, the hallways and elevators are very warm and humid. Definitely a turnoff, as was trying to get the room cool enough. We were told this was due to a new system installed that pulls air from the outside - not great when it's July in Alabama! Overall, though, very pleased!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire hotel had a very pleasing layout and decor. My room was fantastic, and had great storage for clothes, etc., and the toiletries were nice too. I really enjoyed the bar, where the staff went above and beyond to make the best cocktails they could. One night the bartender was making smoked Old Fashion drinks using a great wood smoker. The entire staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful.

What could have turned out to be a miserable and terrible stay ended up turning around to be the one of the best stays I've had at a Hilton property to date. After a friendly chat and being checked in by the General Manager, Race, I noticed that one of the televisions in my room was not turning on. When I went downstairs, there was a young lady who suggested that it could be the batteries being dead. I tried that and that didn't work either. I went back downstairs and Race was there. I explained to him the situation and he reported it and mentioned that a maintenance technician will visit my room in the next hour or so. I felt like it really wasn't a big deal so I continued on my day and joined a conference call for work. Before the call started, I placed my puppy in his crate but in the bedroom of the suite and closed the door to that room. Unbeknownst to me, the door locked and after my call, I couldn't open the door. I went downstairs to explain everything to Race and within 5 minutes, his maintenance technician, Chevis came to the rescue. First, he helped get my puppy out of the bedroom and even he was barking up a storm! Then, he figured out the issue with the television in the living room not working and reported back 10 minutes later to fix it. All in all, I really appreciated how Race and Chevis handled my issues accordingly. It made my stay a fantastic one!

Great hotel the location is isolated which makes it very quiet. Only downside was the bar was close due to staff shortage. But no biggie. Clean rooms comfy bed smooth overall stay.

Had a really nice, 2-night stay here for a wedding in Birmingham. The room was clean and the staff was fantastic. Even had a view of the miniature Statue of Liberty.

Very welcoming. Tastefully decorated and very clean. This is my preferred hotel when staying in the Birmingham area. Easy access to downtown, shopping, zoo and gardens.
