Although you might have to wait, this store doesn’t seem to have enough employees.

Otherwise when you do get with an employee they are quick to take care of you and usually always have an answer to questions.

The network is really good, I switched 5 lines from AT&T to Verizon and I’m so happy I did.

Went to transfer from one phone to another. Jonae was VERY patient and helpful, despite the transfer being incredibly difficult and complicated. She helped me three times over 2 days, and always had a good attitude and was incredibly helpful. Thank you!

I’ve been a Verizon customer for years, and have always been happy with them. I’ve had my iPhone 6 since 2014, so we are bosom buddies.

Yesterday, when I needed a new battery, and on the way to the store, dropped it and shattered both the screen saver AND the screen, I was practically in tears. My buddy was broken almost beyond repair.

But after my experience at the Verizon store at Brookwood Mall, I felt like I had visited with family, and left there not only happy, but with a feeling of peace and comfort, even with a new strange phone (that I’m sure will become my NEW best buddy).

First, the store was IMMACULATE. The layout gave us plenty of room to “social distance”, and I felt completely safe the whole time I was there (which turned out to be an hour). It also turned out I needed a new phone, and Erick, the associate who helped me, could not have been more caring, kind, and attentive. I felt like I was talking with my son. He was so patient with this tech-challenged little old lady! He transferred everything from my old phone to the new one, but also took the time to show me stuff I'm sure everyone under the age of 30 already knows.

This COVID pandemic has been tough all around, but even with masks on, I left Verizon feeling like I had spent a satisfying hour. There aren’t enough stars on this app to tell you how much I recommend this company, this location, and in particular, this very special sales associate!

Shout out to Jimmy who in 10 minutes fixed something I had been trying to fix online and over the phone for nearly a week. Meanwhile he also found a couple of ways to save me money on my bill and made sure I got a rebate that no one online or over the phone alerted me to. I could not have asked for better help!

Staff is so awesome and friendly! Deanna and Breanna were so patient with me all day. Was such a long process but these two made sure I got a phone. They are all awesome!

Was checked for mask before entering & offered one if u didn't have ur own. Eric,the young man that escorted me to a table & gave me all the help & info I needed made me feel very welcome & satisfied on my departure. A great experience.

Very good experience. My phone had died. I was able to purchase a new phone, transfer data from old phone in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and competent service. I will go back.

Fred is one of the best customer service managers I have ever met! I came into the store needing a new IPhone and he provided me with the best quality customer service. Please stop by Verizon Wireless in the Brookwood plaza and you will enjoy the excellent customer service Fred and his staff provides.

My husband and I have a huge account with Verison for his law firm. We were recently in the Brookwood store and were helped by Fred, David and Miguel! We were so pleased with the outstanding service and kindness of your employees. They went above and beyond and we would like you to know how amazing they Are! I will always come to THIS store! David was excellent at solving my problem. I had purchased a wireless charger at a Verizon store in Phoenix, AZ and it didn't work. I brought it to this store and they happily exchanged it for the one I wanted. Very nice and prompt. A very positive experience.

Several weeks ago I was in the store and hoping to resolve an ongoing issue. The General Manager, Donnie Harris, overheard the conversation with another employee that wasn't going too well and quickly took over the situation. Rather than having me spend additional time on the phone with customer support, he kindly offered to spend the afternoon making those calls for me and said he would find a resolution and get back with me when he had more information on his end. Later that evening he called me and had another Verizon representative on the phone as well. The two of them spoke with me and came up with what we all thought was a good solution. The next day, they called me back and told me they figured out an even better solution... which it was! Donnie provided great customer service and went out of his way to do everything possible to positively impact my Verizon experience. Much appreciated!!

Wonderful experience with Brian who not only helped us locate the exact cord we needed for an iPhone but was able to help me with inactive features on my Google Pixel 5 💙

Staff always helps me. I don't need to go often but when I do, they are VERY helpful. Store is at Brookwood Mall, in a stand alone store. Easy in & out.
