Recently, I had the challenge of buying a suit for an out-of-state special occasion. Admittedly, I'm not well-versed in the nuances of formal attire, so the task felt daunting. However, my apprehensions were swiftly allayed when I was assisted by two incredible gentlemen - Jeffrey and Eric.

While both were fantastic in their service, I must give special accolades to Eric. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was not only satisfied but also delighted with my purchase. His depth of knowledge in formal attire was evident, and it made the process seamless.

Beyond the technical aspects of suit buying, what truly stood out was the comfortable and friendly environment they created. We shared plenty of laughs, and the entire experience felt more like a friendly interaction than a mere transaction.

To the team, especially Eric, thank you from the bottom of my heart! This store has earned my loyalty, and I look forward to recommending it to others. Thank you, habibi!

Dakota, Lamar, and Jeffrey were absolutely amazing. I needed a suit last minute, and they took care of everything with professionalism and efficiency. I have always received great customer service from this location, and my recent experience was no different.

We went in this morning needing 2 suits for a funeral. The store was busy, phones were ringing, yet we received the most fantastic, personable customer service. Both pants required hemming, which was to be completed by Monday. We called about an hour later to let them know services were Sunday, and the pants were already hemmed! The staff offered their condolences, and were truly a joy to interact with. The sale was awesome, and they let us know how to get the most for our money. We will go back to this store every time the need arises. Thank you for everything.

The team at Jos. A. Bank is top notch!! They treat every customer as respectfully as the next. They made us feel as though our purchase was the best prize they'd received ALLLLL day. They were patient and kind and accommodating; taking special care to be certain we happy with the results of their work. They were NEVER dismissive and never did they sway the sale. We even found a pair of Christmas PJ's on clearance!!

The best place in Birmingham to buy a suit

Have been going to this store for 10 plus years and always been treated great. I don't know normally write reviews, but I am shocked at all the negative reviews about this place. Vic, the store manager, has always been very receptive of my needs. Would highly recommend.

I spend far too much money here. The associates are fairly knowledgeable and are more than adequate. Don't expect expert advice but the product is solid.
