Good quick food at a very reasonable price I just wish they would give fresh and hot hash browns every time, other than that I have no complaints. The warm hash browns are consistent at all of the east side locations. Be warned that deluxe breakfast and the double biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs will put you in a sleep coma 😴 so don't eat if you're at work or about to go yo work, just get a biscuit lol

It seems like they are under new management. I’ve had nothing but good experiences each time I’ve went lately.

I highly recommend the store of they very polite & friendly environment I was in and out quickly doordashing and it is amazing thing once again time is money I also enjoyed one of their biscuits with sausge fire 🔥🔥🔥🙌🙌🙌

The food was fresh and hot. The drive thru was not long.

This was for a Door Dash delivery, but they went above and beyond to make the customer happy. It was 11am, the last breakfast order. They were out of grits and gave the customer pancakes and extra sausage patties as a kind gesture. They were fast, professional and just nice people. When I've eaten here in the past it's always been that way. They deserve a 5🌟 rating.

We had wonderful service today with a lovely server named Jelyn. She was very friendly and delightful ❤ We (my work) recently moved into the neighborhood & I’m glad to see such a smiling face at Jack’s for breakfast! Thank you Jelyn!

I was visiting Birmingham, AL yesterday evening around 4pm.. I found myself walking down a very busy well used road, crossing a railroad track. Some of you, who are reading this may know just where I'm talking about. This road had alot of aluminum punch outs or stamped out shapes of all kinds. So, I got hungry while walking, so I flagged down a service truck and a nice man told me that the closest place to eat was about 1mile up the road. This place he said, is called Jack's. When I arrived, I went inside and ordered the Big Jack Burger a large fry. Did you know that they make fresh lemonade every day, so I bought a large cup of that too. Also, people come in to just get the salt that they put on the fries. Wow, I almost forgot one more thing, they have fried green tomatoes too. Boy, even tho I haven't eaten here before, I was most pleased with this Great tasting food combination. So, what are you waiting for, this is the perfect place to get you some great tasting food. Another great place to enjoy breakfast

I haven't been here in a while and the last tone I was here the service was deployable.

However, I decided to take a chance cause I was very hungry and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff, food and service was amazing. The staff had smiles and very personable. The food tasted fresh and I'm ready for another Strawberry Milkshake right now.

Was hankering for a burger late this night and i drove to the Jacks on 79. I had the Big Jack combo. It was good. The fries hot and fresh znd my burger also. The young man at the drive thru was. Very nice. Chk em out. Theyre not open late yet the food is always fresh and hot.

This store is under new management and both of the gentlemen I met were friendly welcoming and on top of everything offering us high-quality service! My family and I will be back often!

The food was excellent we had a bit of a wait because they were shorthanded but overall the the dinning room was clean The employees were nice very professional The food was hot and fresh

Only the Manager showed for work today,so it was SLOW but the lady was doing a GREAT JOB and still had a POSITIVE ATTITUDE she is what earned the 5stars!!!!
