Dermatology & Laser of Alabama was a breath of fresh air. Everyone, from the receptionist to Dr. Sawyer herself, was super friendly and down-to-earth. No stuffiness here, just genuine smiles and real people who actually listened to my concerns. Dr. Sawyer explained everything clearly and didn't push any unnecessary treatments. She actually cared about my skin and what I wanted. Plus, my results were seriously impressive! This was hands-down the best dermatologist experience I've ever had. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for top-notch care with a side of good vibes!

Absolutely wonderful experience today with Dr. Sawyer and Rachel. We had a great discussion about my needs and created an anti-aging skincare routine (I’m almost 40). Dr. Sawyer actually said I did not need injectables or fillers like I thought I might! I was so impressed that no one pushed me to pay for additional services and that they were so honest and up front about what I do and don’t need. I wasn’t pressured to purchase products either. I was asked multiple times if I had questions or if there was anything else anyone could do or explain. Fantastic experience. Already booked my next appointment.

Dr. Sawyer is the best and makes each patient feel important, valued and heard. Her staff, Rachel and everyone are so kind and welcoming. You can tell they are a team and starts from the example set by Dr. Sawyer. There are not words enough to tell you how wonderful they all are.

Dr. Sarah Sawyer has a refreshing approach! I had a lot of questions about Botox, fillers, and other products and procedures. She was honest and straightforward about everything and what I could expect. I feel like in a climate where we are constantly being upsold, she actually discouraged me from getting anything other than a very conservative amount of Botox and a couple of mild products I specifically asked about. I walked out feeling like the best version of myself!

Amazing place! Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Abby is a real gem and I will work with her again! Already set up my next appointment! And the sweet and precious lady in a front should be an example for all businesses how a customer service should look like - starting with being very professional but also making you feel like you are being taken care off in every aspect, great attitude and positivity which makes you feel on cloud nine especially after long day at work!

Very nice clinic. Very informative staff with recommendations to obtain optimal benefits from services. Came in for a micro peel was made very comfortable, and given a hydrating mask to take home. Looking forward to return again.

I had an amazing experience today at Dermatology and Laser of Alabama. I was super nervous before coming in. Rachel was the sweetest person and made me feel very comfortable. She was easy to talk to. Dr. Sawyer was also amazing. Both listened to my concerns and were honest about what to expect. I had tear trough filler done. The lidocaine hurt for just a second but I could not feel the filler at all. I am very happy that I choose to come here. If you are looking for fillers, I definitely recommend. I will be going back.

Dr. Sawyer and the team at DLA are fabulous! I’ve been a patient for 10 years and drive an hour and half each way to see her. I am always greeted warmly and never rushed. Dr. Sawyer is truly an expert and has always given me excellent guidance, but never made me feel pressured. I can’t recommend Dr. Sawyer and the team at DLA enough.

The staff at DLA is pleasant and very helpful. Many years ago I was a patient there and I looked forward to coming to my appointments. Although many staff members have left, the current staff members are very warm and welcoming.
