Been using MBC for a long time now and every time they deliver top notch service

We brought our camper in on Monday and they had it done on Friday. They even charged me less than their original quote.

I will definitely use them again should the need arise!

We made our appointment via phone and sent photos to Brandon of the damage to our coach. He set a schedule for us that accommodated our needs. He completed the work in two days rather than 3. Work was excellent and all the staff were friendly and work quality above and beyond excellence.

I am the Maintenance Director at a Senior Care Facility in Springfield. Our Shuttle Van was damaged and we needed a new rear bumper, reflector lights, and door handle installed. I took our Van to two different repair sites and was told my best option was to go to MBC. I did so and spoke with Brandon. He had a repair bid to me a few hours later. When the parts arrived he called me and I dropped the Van off. To my surprise, the Van was repaired that same day! Our Van looks great! Thank you MBC! Steve Turner

This was my first time using MBC Collision. These guys are very professional very knowledgeable Mike tried to walk me through some of the issues might have been why my camper slide would not extend. After trying what Mike suggested it didn't work, so I brought my camper in for repair which was done quickly and professionally highly recommend. Brandon was quick to greet me when I arrived and offered assistance with unhitching the trailer. Will definitely use this business again!!!

We had damage to our camper from November 2021. We couldn’t find a single business that could fix our problems. We called MBC, they told us to bring the camper in so they could take a look. Not only we’re they able to fix the camper, but their dedication and customer service were out of this world. Debbie put up with me calling weekly for updates and was so kind each time I called. The shop manager, the technicians, the entire MBC team did an outstanding job. We can’t thank them enough and will continue to recommend MBC to anyone needing repair work.

Excellent body work on our RV after a tire blow out. Reasonable price, worked with our insurance, work was completed when they said it would be. Definitely would recommend MBC and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work done by MBC Collision on our 2020 Grand Design RV! They had to replace the entire back wall including the exterior ladder and rear window. Although it took quite a while to receive the materials from Grand Design they were professional, patient, understanding, and wonderful to work with. Our RV was in great hands! Brandon and company are great. So nice dealing with a company that is local and takes pride in their work. This family owned business worked on my parents RV off and on over the years. Now I use them for upgrades to my conversion. Fast. Professional. Fair. Trustworthy.

This business is terrific! The work they did on our RV is impeccable. I feel they are totally trusty worthy and I'm so glad they are in my community. They are the type of business and the type of people that I would drive hours to find to have them work on one of our most prized possessions, our beautiful Fleetwood Discovery RV.

Dealing with Brandon at MBC had me comfortable that my camper was in good hands from minute one. Less than two weeks later I had it back and you’d never know where the damage was. Communication with me was great. Communication between the shop and my insurance company was great. While I hope I never sustain camper body damage again, if I do I’ll rest easy knowing I can take it back to the pros at MBC.

This is the third time I’ve had work done by MBC. Each time they’ve been accurate on their estimates and realistic on the repairs (i.e. timeline, what can and can’t be done, suggestions for alternatives, etc.). The staff are friendly and easy to work with, too. I’ll be coming back for custom work but, hopefully, not any repairs if people would stop hitting my truck! Lol
