Small bakery with great selection from pastries, breads, sandwiches, quiche, and desserts/sweets.

There was a line out the door but it moved quickly and efficiently. Pretty much a takeout place.

I got a butter croissant and a couple macaroons. The macaroons had a bit too much filling for me personally, but I’m sure this is a big plus for others who really like them sweet and decadent! The croissant I got was delicious and just as you’d expect a good French croissant to be. I’d love to go back again to try their amazing looking sandwiches or pizza breads.

Oh and the yuzu truffle/chocolate thing was amazing!!!!!

Love this bakery! every time I'm in the neighborhood, i make sure to stop by and get some goods. I personally love their California Club Croissant sandwich. Have it warmed up? hhmm, delicious! Their twice baked almond croissant was good as well. French macaroons were tasty. Great service, great atmosphere. I saw this Junction Croissant after i already ordered and paid, so this is next on my list to try next time.

Update: I just recently tried their Junction Croissant and it was so good! a little oily but eh, oil from the Croissant, eggs, ham and bacon. it's definitely not for the health conscious folks but when you get a chance? do try it. Took a pic of their other sandwiches. sorry if bad quality 😁

Pioneer rolls!!!!! Nom nom nom.
I like to go on their website and look for their seasonal crafts. Every bread they make here is absolutely wonderful. Service is so friendly how could you not be friendly with those wonderful smells around you all day.
I haven’t yet got to try the desserts other than a few small baklava type things, and they were very scrumptious so savory .
The prices are very reasonable for what they’re doing there.
Treat yourself you won’t be disappointed

This place cannot disappoint me! It is so good
I have tried several of the sandwiches, the croissants, the brioche, the chocolate and every time I love it even more.

Fun plan: get a sandwich and walk to volunteer park for a park day.
You have to try it!

Excellent pastry! I took a box and had them daily for breakfast at my hotel. Also had a slice of pizz that was a great snack.

Not a dine-in spot. Grab and go bakery.

The star of the show for my associates and I was the twice-baked croissant. It's very rich and sweet, which paired well with my morning espresso and milk.

Excellent bakery with a wide variety of options from chocolates, croissants, bread and pastries. They serve coffee and other beverages as well. The staff were welcoming and patient as we went through the different options and took quite a while to make up our minds. We ended up getting strawberry pistachio and dark chocolate pastry, double baked almond chocolate croissant, chocolate chip cookie, a kugelhopf, a peach croissant and a peaflower lemonade. Everything was delicious. A must visit bakery.

The gallette de rois is just simply divine. Other items are great too but the gallete with pistachio cherry filling is to die for!!!!!!! (And I’ve had quite a fair share of it in my lifetime)

They have so many kinds of pastries! From sweet desserts, savory sandwiches, twice-baked croissants, cinnamon rolls to danish. I tried the twice-baked chocolate croissant and it was superb, probably the best twice-baked croissant in the area.

I came here at 10am and there was a queue outside. It did not take long to get inside. Once inside, the almond croissant was sold out! Nevertheless, the staff was really friendly and helpful in suggesting other available pastries. Unfortunately, they do not have seating inside. There is a small park nearby with some seating.

I highly recommend this bakery.

Best French pastry place I have ever visited. They have everything, and good coffee. This is one of the places that will make me miss Seattle. And Seattle can be really freaking annoying to an East Coast boy, so this is saying a lot.

A friend recommended me this bakery. We went on a cold November morning on a weekend. There is no designated parking lot, so we had to rely on street parking. This place looked like it’s just take out, didn’t see any seating inside.
Coming to the bakery items, they had a lot of variety!! I was super impressed. I got a classic chocolate croissant which was yum!!
The staff is super nice too, they helped me pick the bakery items.
I highly recommend this place 😀

Absolutely delicious treats!!! Stopped by this gem during our vacation in Seattle and easily spent $50 because it was so hard to choose just one or two things. The croissants were flaky and baked to perfection (especially the blueberry filled one). Customer service was good. I highly recommend visiting this bakery when in Seattle.

Friendly staff, delicious bakery and breads. Sometimes a bit of a line around lunch, otherwise fast service. Everything I have tried so far has been delightful!

Had a coffee, blueberry ginger scone, ham and cheese pastry and double baked chocolate croissant. Everything was good! Quick and friendly service, sufficient places to sit in the morning. Definitely one of the best bakeries in Seattle!

Amazing bakery, wish they had seating to enjoy the pastries and coffee. Hard to choose from the selection. Tried chocolate croissant and chocolate mousse cheesecake. The croissant was not a traditional one but super delicious.

Great experience coming here for the first time! I was hesitant about customer service based on many reviews here, but the employee who helped me was really nice. I visited on a Friday morning so it was not crowded either. I tried the regular Chocolate croissant, Twice Baked almond croissant, and Apricot Danish.

The regular Chocolate croissant was SOOO good!! Very flaky and just the right amount of sweet, plus delicious chocolate inside. Many flaky layers but also soft! It was perfect and my favorite of the three.

The Twice Baked Almond croissant was pretty good but I think I like traditional almond croissants better. This felt more like a condensed or squished almond croissant. It was a little too sweet with all the toppings and sugar on top, I would rather just taste more almond paste filling but that's probably a personal preference.

The apricot croissant was big, kinda heavy, and okay overall. It felt kind of regular like most other fruit danishes.

Most pastries seem to cost about $5 each. I recommend everyone try if curious! I would go back to try new things next time.

Delicious mornings with their pastries and bread. Filled our Sunday brunch with lots of baked good from Bakery Nouveau. Though they do other ahead, walk-ins are still welcome! (Would recommend ordering 48hours ahead so that you don't miss on their baked goodness!)

Pleasantly surprised by their olive bread loaf, perfect amount of savory flavor with fennel and other spices. Goes so well with eggs!
Spinach Croissant was super flaky ahhh and filling was delicious. Definitely felt inspired by Spanakopita with crispy croissant goodness.
Almond Croissant, really enjoyed the almond butter filling tho wasn't a HUGE fan of the excessive amount of powdered sugar on top.

I've gotten two items here: the Twice Baked Almond Croissant (seems to be everyone's favorite here), and the Kouign Amann. The croissant was super; crispy/flaky on the outside, and just the right amount of buttery/creamy/soft on the inside. It's probably the best I've had so far. Meanwhile, the Kouign Amann had very similar traits to other croissants I've I liked, like the crispy outside and creamy/buttery inside. Overall, I really liked the two pastries I got here!

The service was decent. One oddity was that when I went to pay, the person serving me really didn't want me to use Samsung Pay (note: Samsung Pay uses MST, so it can work with old credit card devices). The person gave me a long explanation about how a previous customer took down their payment systems with Apple Pay, so they couldn't accept it anymore. This explanation made absolutely no sense to me. It's a minor quirk, and most folks can pay with credit card anyway, so not a bid deal, I guess.

One aspect that I didn't like was that the store had a sign saying that they could not guarantee that the nuts in the store wouldn't be cross contaminated with the rest of the food. I guess it's cool that they are upfront about it, but their reasoning for the cross-contamination was that "they were a small shop." This was a lousy reason to me, since I've seen other small shops put in more effort to prevent similar cross-contamination. Basically, this means my friend with peanut allergies can't come here to try the Almond Croissant (which shouldn't have peanuts) because Bakery Nouveau was too lazy to not cross-contaminate.

Regardless, the pastries here were incredibly good! It seems popular enough that there's a notable line, though not as crazy as something you'd see at Pike Place Market shops (maybe a 5 minute wait). I'd definitely recommend you check this place out.

My husband and I tried the twice baked chocolate croissant and chocolate almond croissant as well as the sourdough bread loaf- they were all delicious!
The croissants were a little bit too sweet, but I suppose that’s a matter of preference, however the pastry was delightfully flaky!
