Orange Dracula 5 & 10

This is one of the absolute best shops I’ve ever been to. It’s funky, offbeat, creative, and welcoming. There’s also a psychic chicken that’s one of my favorite things I’ve done in Seattle.

The shop itself is an excellent collection of pins, patches, posters, accessories, and just about any other kitschy items you can imagine. They have vintage unopened Rocky Horror and Pee Wee trading cards alongside more recent themed items for current popular shows/movies. There’s also some classic goth jewelry like studded leather bracelets.

Up front, they’ve got a menagerie of old amusement machines including a film Photo Booth (it takes credit cards!), a love tester, and my favorite: the psychic chicken.

The man behind the counter was telling me all about the chicken. They bought an arcade attraction with a rubber chicken that dispensed kid’s toys. But the ship redid the chicken machine so instead of dispensing toys, it dispenses plastic Easter eggs with printed fortunes inside. They’ve really leaned into it, they have bumper stickers and pins all about the psychic chicken.

I’m not exaggerating here, the famous psychic chicken was one of the coolest things I did on my Seattle trip. It’s the perfect combo of kitschy, vintage, and downright weird.

Can’t speak highly enough of this shop. I really recommend giving them (and the chicken) a visit.

I came by a few days ago and the person working- I think her name was clementine?- helped me find a really cool gift for my notoriously difficult to shop for little brother. I haven’t been here before but am looking forward to coming back! :-)

Cool little hole in the wall shop for vintage clothes, posters, and other oddities. Probably the coolest shop in Pike Place. Plus they have pinball and a photo booth.

Looking for something fun, different, come here. This is below the busy market stalls at the pike place market. So come in and cool down and get away from the crowds.

This place is like a cousin to Archie McPhee. There's a fortune, telling Cat, Japanese cat items, throwback things from the 80s, and so much more. Take a look at my photos.

What a fun shop! It’s on level 3 off pike place, not across the street as Google maps tries to plot it. From the ground level of the market, the famous part, you must go down! Many people don’t even know this area exists. Enjoy your exploration!!

Pins, pins, pins! They have curated pin packs, magnets, posters, and super cute kitsch items all around. It's a small place but it's worth traveling to with reasonable prices for the goodies!

Just visited yesterday. I was in Seattle for work and had some time to kill between hotel check out and my flight so I wondered Pikes Place. I am soooo glad I didn't miss this place (on the bottom floor, so it was a close call). As soon as I clapped eyes on it I knew it was for me. This is sort of a "Either ya get it or ya don't" type place, so, make of this what you will:

They had vintage, packaged vampire teeth and fake blood. A vintage Tor Johnson Halloween mask

The only band poster they had was of the Cramps

There was a Dracula pinball machine.

Either this kind of stuff means something to you or it doesn't. I chatted with the proprietor for a while about mask collecting, shopping the post Halloween clearance sales, and stuff like that. He knew who Tarantula Ghoul was! The guy was super cool. This is a must-stop-by for me on my next Seattle trip.

Orange Dracula is a really awesome place to shop and not just for tourists. Tons of cool retro items that will take you back to your childhood. Pins, patches, posters and t shirts Orange Dracula delivers the goods. Stop by to play Pacman or a game of Dracula pinball.

I absolutely love this store. I make sure to stop by every time i’m in Seattle. This store really captures my quirky personality and style and the store is so charming. Can’t wait to stop by again soon.
