The best in Seattle Washington. It's convenient and affordable. Better then Costco. The Jews at Costco are rude and very much not helping hand.

My view of this place might be a little different than the usual patron. This is because I am here often in a professional capacity, getting supplies for the work I do. But I can say this; compared to 'other' close competitors they have my loyalty for some really small and seemingly insignificant reasons. But my business they do have and I would certainly recommend them above others.
The only negative thing I have to say is... Why did they put the electrical section and the bathroom as far from the entry as physically possible? Impulse purchases, I guess.

Today it sucked...I visit home Depot for business reasons at least three times a week, sometimes more...use the same business credit card everytime without hitch but not today...new person had to ask for help and that help was not right...spent more time trying to get out today...may not go back for a while now...spend my money elsewhere...

I am completely disappointed in the Seattle Home Depot on Utah Avenue. ☹

I purchased a Washer & Dryer in January and had it scheduled to be delivered in February - they kept cancelling and rescheduling; therefore, causing me to take off work again and again. On one occasion, they notified me that they would deliver on a Monday and I called them informing them I can no longer take time off from work and to have it delivered on Saturday which we scheduled. Well that Monday I received a voicemail that they were on their way to my place ~ Really??? I called and the Manager apologized for the error and that once it is installed, we can talk about a possible adjustment.

On March 7th it was delivered (the delivery men were the only ones that provided GREAT customer service) unfortunately, the electric requirements prevented them from installing the appliances so I had to return them until I updated the electrical requirements. Meanwhile, I was informed I would receive a refund.

I kept calling every week and I was told the same thing that the refund is pending - again, after several calls I was informed that it takes a month after delivery that the refund is processed. Well, if it was delivered when it was supposed to, then I would have received my refund much earlier. Instead I purchased $2,000+ appliances in January and FINALLY received my refund on April 7th!

I called the manager and, of course, received the same poor service. I should have known, 2 separate contractors warned me to not use that Home Depot.

This review is specifically for their flooring department. They are really, really bad. Do not order flooring from these people. If you are lucky enough to nail down an associate, be prepared to sit around for an hour while they fumble through their computer system. Then a third party has to come and measure. Then you have to wait for an e-mail, and follow links in order to make the purchase of the flooring. Then you have to wait. And wait. Finally, another 3rd party called to schedule an install. I told them I didn't have the flooring yet. They were confused. They called the Home Depot and Home Depot said yes, we have the flooring. The 3rd party said that Home Depot would deliver shortly. They didn't. Finally I called home Depot, who acted surprised and couldn't find my flooring. They eventually found the order but noticed it did not have a delivery date. They then told me that they could not deliver it on time to satisfy they timeline of the installer. They then got hostile with me when I pointed out to them that this was their mistake. This is not a stand alone experience. The first experience with them was every bit as bad, but I had to go back this time because I needed the same flooring to finish the product.

Please, save yourself the time and headache and just go somewhere else.

Very slow service, plus terrible quality control. I ordered three wheeled bins. One was cracked, and the other was missing its wheels entirely

Love home depot but today I had to wait 25mins for a kitchen and bathroom designer which never come... could wait even though 2 different people page the designer....
