This place is awesome if you're into technology and the latest and greatest items. They have everything from bluetooth speakers to chest freezers to car systems to labtops. No matter what you're into, they probably have it. Come by and check them out, you will not be disappointed

I stopped by Best Buy to buy a new phone and was pleasantly surprised by their dedicated Samsung department. Curtis provided excellent assistance, knowledgeable, nice, and friendly. We opted for the Galaxy 24 Ultra, which costs $1,299 and came with half off on earbuds. They also installed the protection screen for us. Curtis helped with SIM transfer and data migration, making our experience efficient. This Best Buy is well organized and convenient. Keep in mind there's a $40 restock fee for returns, and they offer phone repair services through Geek Squad. Check them out if you are shopping for electronics.

It's been a long time since I have been inside a Best Buy. Things have changed in a positive way. I was greeted and directed to the area for my pick up. Before checking in to get my purchase I did some browsing and enjoyed helpful staff that were not difficult to find. Check out was efficient and they offered to help transport my item to my car. Really fantastic experience and I will be back for some in person shopping it was fun to see things up close and ask questions.

Love Best Buy as it is doing it's best to compete with that big online monster. I will buy for my local BB whenever I can! Staff is always friendly, and store is always clean. Stock can depend on trends and time of season.

We went on Black Friday to get a TV. The staff was friendly and got us help real quick.

This is a Best Buy, so my expectation is that I can walk in, buy the thing I'm looking for, and leave.

BestBuy Tukwila has a wide range of products and deals. It's sort of in the middle when it comes to store size compared to other stores I've visited. Most of my purchases are made through them since 8/10 times they have my item in-store so there's no need to go to a different store.

They recently moved store-pickup to the other side of the store so there's no more need to wait in line with people making in-store purchases. This made the process quicker and more seamless. No complaints so far.

so I've never actually set foot in this Best Buy, but I ordered a TCL Google TV from them last year through Instacart when I was recovering from knee surgery. It burned out last week, probably because I was staring at it for a solid nine months straight.

Anyway, long story short, I had a really chill, ten-minute conversation with a Geek Squad employee who laid out all the warranty and repair options. They were based in Ohio (so again, sorry Tukwila brick and mortar), but I just wanted to say that they did a great job with taking the mystery out of the hardware and giving me a couple options to move forward. I don't know if being satisfied with a broken TV is a thing, but peace of mind certainly is, and I appreciate it 👍🏼

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to help me get the components I wanted for my pc

Samsung rep at the South center store for tvs was great, very knowledgeble, and a big help seeing if my choice would fit and specs etc. Great experience, love the 24 months finance option, wo t buy anywhere else be a use its so affordable.

Joseph was w very helpful in finding what I was looking for. Showed me how to us and cheked my bits ti see what the best for storing photos.

The gentleman who helped us pick out a washing and drying machine was informative and well-versed. Not only was he knowledgeable about household appliances, he was impartial and does not try to sell you something that you do not need. In just half an hour, I left the store well-informed and more confident with the appliance that I was looking for.

Jen, with the Geek Squad is awesome! She is knowledgeable, informative, and personable. Jen is a great asset to the Geek Squad.

I like Best Buy's and this store was no different. They had most things really well stocked. The particular sim card I tried the find wasn't there, but it is what it is. Other than that the staff members were helpful.

I bought a camera battery here and refunded as not working for mine. I didn't know that the battery product is not refundable once opened. Despite thier policy, the manager professionally handled with my request. I was so pleased with their service. Thanks again!

I can't believe these guys are still here considering how Amazon has taken over the world, but I'm very grateful for best buy and their amazing service. I love being able to come into the store like the good old days, and look at products before I buy. The customer service is pretty good, too. You can tell they go out of their way to help every customer as much as they can. The total tech membership is worth way more than the current price. The total tech membership guarantees almost anything in the store, and instead of paying extra for sunruqnce on every single item you purchase, you just pay a one time fee each year.

This BestBuy is one of the best that I have been to. It was clean, free of clutter, and well organized. The sales staff did not hound me as I first walked in the door, which was nice. I was able to look around, and once I had questions, they were there to help. The rep that assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and made the overall experience enjoyable. This was well worth the hour drive from Olympia.

Vince was an absolute doll and turned around our whole experience shopping at this location. After being ignored and treated rudely by the other staff & greeters, he showed incredibly great customer service. He was attentive and took the time to listen and explain options. We ended up spending more than we were planning on, but are so happy with our purchases. Thank you to Vince for his patience, positive attitude and integrity in taking ownership of our experience (even though he was not the one being disrespectful).
