Kohl's

I haven’t been in Kohl’s for many years. I went in to return an Amazon package and was surprised by some really good deals on children’s clothing. I got a super cute two piece set for my granddaughter, half off!

The cashier was amazing, kind, and gave me great information. I haven't shopped much here, but I'll definitely be going back

This five star review is for the manager Loretta, who helped me clear up an issue today at the Tukwila store. Very pleased that she cared enough to help me apply my coupon after it didn't deduct and the cashier didn't tell me so, meaning I walked out of the store and had to come back, kids in tow, very frustrated after having already spent a good chunk of time (and money) there. Thank you Loretta for your help and professionalism!

This is a nice clean store with nice employees who are very helpful. I really like the seasonal housewares section. They have great quality things at reasonable prices. Good place to do gift shopping. And the clothes sections are easy to shop with lots of new styles to choose from

Great selection, and something for every person in the family even pets. I enjoy the clothes but love the home decor. Customer service was excellent the best I've experienced in a long time.

Haven't been in Kohl's in a while. No good reason. I just haven't needed to go in there for anything. Today I went in to drop off an Amazon package and was completely impressed by how clean and well kept the store was. Quite honestly, I don't think the floor in my house is as clean as the one there. They also have a good section for somebody my size which means I'll be going back to shop there again.

Very easy to make Amazon returns here, and they gave me a $5 in-store coupon (Kohl's cash) for doing so. Seems like a smart partnership between Amazon and Kohl's. (Of course, you have to go to the back of the store to make the Amazon returns.) Very friendly and helpful clerks. They don't always give Kohl's cash, though. Sometimes you get an in-store discount. If so, be aware of the fine print on any coupon, as it doesn't apply to most sections in the store. I like to buy candy for my kids with the Kohl's cash.

Michelle was our cashier at the Tukwilla store this morning and she was super friendly and quick!
