Machines don't work, reject all cards, take cash and don't give change. Manager says don't expect the machines to work when the ferry is in the dock, gives a number to call for refund. That number goes to an infinite menu loop where it is impossible to speak to anyone at all.

IF YOU PAY FOR THE DAY THEY STILL TICKET YOU Worst parking service ever if you pay for the day they ding you on every small thing that they can find over the line on the line parking in a compact spot before giving any warnings they just ticket you and you're stuck with hundreds of dollars that you have to pay if you park their regularly even if you pay for the day or the month I would give negative stars if I could and then you can't get anyone on the phone to talk to them about anything or to talk about the ticket there's no point in paying for the day or the month because you're going to have to pay them hundreds of dollars on top of that because they just try to ticket you for every tiny thing saying you're over the line when you're just on the line and other things like that this is the worst parking service ever I would never recommend it I would sue them if I could

Their machines take cash, don’t record it, and won’t give you the rental or refund it.

They will give you fine for no payment even if you payed and then will not answer the phone when you call to try and resolve the problem.
