Avalon Canyon

Easy to get down and up, very clean Trail, easy to parking on the street.

This is a fabulous place to do a workout. All you need to do is to go to the bottom of the canyon all way to the ocean and come back. Twice a week would be more than enough to be in good physical shape, one person opinion. The paved road is steep. Parking is limited. No restrooms.

Easy access from South San Francisco or Daly city. A truly hidden gem with great scenic for a short hike. You need to do street parking then enter from a small gate. The slope is VERY steep though so be aware. PTL for such a wonderful natural wonder!

You have to take water with you cuz the trail is long and steep it takes a while to walk down and even longer to walk up beautiful views very nice hike
