The manager here named Irene is so professional and efficient. She won't sell you anything you don't need not like other representatives at different locations. I can't speak Chinese but I like to come to this location for her. Here's no waiting line, you can be assisted right away. Highly recommend this location just because of Irene!!!!! She's the best!!!!!

Came here without an appointment and there was no line. I usually go to the one by Serramonte and I’d wait around 30 for my turn. I needed to grab some groceries at Ranch 99 so it worked out. Irene was super helpful and I was able to get a new line and phone quickly.

Irene is the best. She used to work at Irving location, yesterday I went to that store, they told me she has been transferred here. So I came in today where Irene is. She is so professional, she helped me managing my account for years. Trust me, you will experience the best customer service if you are her customers. The customer service in this store is awesome. Anna patiently listened to me and
carefully answered all my questions in detail. Anna even explained every single fee to me and clarify what the monthly payment will be in the future. She also helped me to set up the auto payment and call for paperless service, which save me a great amount of
money. I would like to give Anna more than 5 stars for her service.

Irene was really able to simply and thoroughly explain how to switch our phone plans and all the options that were available to us. She was very kind and patient throughout the process, even though it took a few hours. Would definitely recommend coming to her for help!

I got AT&T Fiber from Irene last Friday, it was an self installation which I’m not tech person. And Irene could see my concern, she gave me her name card and allow me to call her if I get confused which I did. And she is so patient over the phone, and helps me searching online for the directions. Later she called me FaceTime and walked me step by step. Now everything is working. I really appreciate her, she was patient and friendly all the time. I will definitely tell my friends to go Ranch99 and ask for Irene!!!!! What a great experience.

The staff was super friendly, especially Irene. She went out of her way to ensure we got the best deals as well as making sure we fully understood our phone plan and the other options we had. It was overall a great experience!

I was having issues with my phone. When I walked in the store, an employee named Anna approached me with a warm welcome and a smile on her face. I told her my concern regarding my phone. She was so professional and went above and beyond and looked into issues with my phone and my plans. She was able to fix my phone and helped me find the best deal to lower my phone bill.

Excellent service! Irene at this store is wonderful, she explained everything thoroughly, we were just wanted to get some information regarding new phone but ended up getting 3 new latest phones and switched our service plan from other carrier to AT&T. We are happy about the purchases!

Also shout out to Ana and Paul who provided white gloves service on my last visits. There are locations closer to my home, but I like coming here because they're very friendly!
