As someone who has always struggled with severe dental phobia, I cannot praise this office more! They were flexible with my difficult schedule, the consultation I had was informative and reassuring. With my procedure it was painless and stress free, I’ve never felt so relaxed in a dental chair in my life! The entire time i knew I was in good hands, everyone in this office was fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Hamling and his staff are the BEST, I can’t recommend them enough!

If you need a root canal (or in my case a revision) - make your appointment at Big Sky Endo. Years ago, I had a botched root canal, which had been bothering me ever since. Of course, I avoided getting it fixed until a painful abscess forced me to.

The atmosphere in the office was happy and professional. The procedure was quick and virtually painless (really!). Dr. Hamling and staff made it a relaxing and fun.

If you need a root canal - go to an expert. I've spent a lot of time in the dental chair, and this is the first time I have endorsed one online!

My wife while we were on vacation traveling from Ohio had an old root canal issue come up and she was in major pain and swollen, so much so it could not be worked on. Dr. Hamling said to take some pain pills and antibiotics which he prescribed and they will help tremendously. That they did and we were able to make it home for the work to be done. The girls in the office were all great. I believe it was Erin that helped us a lot. I wish we could thank them all again in person but this will have to do. If you are lucky enough to live near Big Sky Endodontics you should be really be grateful! Thanks again to you all.

okay you guys! if you are petrified of the dentist like me then this is the place for you! i had to have a root canal done and let’s just say i was less than excited but you guys.... the dentist and his assistant had me laughing... I KID YOU NOT... laughinggggg during the procedure. i am so happy i was referred here and i will tell everyone from here on out to see this dental group. start to finish A++ service!!

Very professional and thorough. Super cool, high tech equipment to see inside your skull. Really fun, casual, easy to talk with staff. Made a re-treatment root canal almost pleasant.

I've had a lot of work done over the years . He is super fast I mean seconds fast and very good at what he does . The staff was pleasant , but I experienced pain several times . Overall 5 stars for efficiency .

Dr. Hamling and staff are TERRIFIC! I had a dry socket and Dr. Hamming met me at his office on a weekend. They are kind and professional!

Although the office fit me in on an emergency basis and Dr. Hamling was quite efficient, I thought his manner was rather brusque, especially when learning that a tooth had to be extracted and there was no other recourse. I realize he does these frequently and it's routine for him, but I'm still in shock that I lost a molar when I was hardly in pain. A bit more compassion would have been greatly accepted.

The best part of dealing with this office was the root canal itself, painful though it was. There was a mixup with my bill -- an honest mistake where the office sent the bill to the wrong address. It was at least as much their fault as much as it was mine. Once I finally received a bill, I was prepared to pay it immediately, I therefore called the Dr's office to make payment for the services I received. Instead of accommodation, I spoke with a pernicious, rude and officious billing clerk who insisted I would have to pay their collection agency $450 in referral fees. Avoid this office like the plague. All this doctor cares about is enriching himself.

I hate to do this but if you enjoy being treated like you're an animal at the vet come to this office. I'm still at a loss as to why I was not given novacaine to repack a bone graft on 2 separate occasions. The stitching was also loose and regularly came undone. His treatment plan was "wait til it really starts hurting and rotting the jaw bone then pull it". I passed this plan along to other oral surgeons and dentists and was met with laughter. Overall I felt belittled and am unhappy with the way the doctor handled his staff and patients.
