Always enjoy my visits (as much as I can, I mean who wants a filling!). The staff is always friendly and professional and they truly want you to feel comfortable and understand the process. They are efficient but do not rush your procedure. I always feel like my needs are met and they really care about my health.

Professional and honest. Originally, I came here to get a second opinion on an unexpected diagnosis from another neighborhood dentistry that was brash and tried to pressure me to a major repair. Unlike that place, the doctor and staff here have been respectful, friendly, and thorough. I plan to bring the rest of my family here. Thank you, Dr. Imam and team!

Went for the first time today and WOW. My dental hygienist was so kind and patient with me when taking x-rays. Then the cleaning itself was so thorough, yet so quick and painless! My dentist was 10/10 amazing. I had a lot of questions regarding my dental issues, and she fully explained each of them in detail. She also did not push any procedures on me (as I have experienced that in the past with dentists), but she did inform me of options for my care and left the decision up to me. It is really nice feeling that sense of autonomy. I’ll definitely be back in six months, this place rocks! :)

I've been a patient there for probably 10 years, even when it was the previous owner. The transition to new owners a few years ago went very smoothly and the place is clean and they are professional. I don't live close anymore so I switched to a new dentist a year ago which was closer to home and it was a mistake. I decided to come back to this dentist. It was worth the drive because it's good to have a reliable and straight-shooting dentist and staff.

I love coming here! Everyone is so nice and always going out of their way to make sure I have a great experience.
Ingrid, the Hygienist, is so gentle and caring. She offers great advice and truly loves what she does! The dentist is also great!
Allison, the Office Manager, is always nice to talk to after my appointments and helps answer any questions I have about my insurance.

Cherrydale Family Dental is wonderful. I went in today for a cleaning and had an amazing experience. I was greeted by the office manager, Allison, who was extremely polite and helpful.

Trenna was my hygienist and she was awesome. She was extremely professional and thorough. She continually insured that I was comfortable and safe. She helped me identify an issue with work done years ago at a different dentist, and helped establish a game plan for what I needed going forward.

Allison helped me set up all my future appointments and was very accommodating to my schedule. Overall it was one of my best experiences in any dental office I’ve ever been too, nonetheless any office setting. I look forward to my next appointment!

Became a patient about 6 months ago when my regular dentist quoted me an outlandish price for a service. Glad I did. Really nice office. Very clean and professional atmosphere. The staff all seem genuinely interested in their patients’ well being. They handle the insurance end of things seamlessly too.

My wife and I are regular customers. I took my five year old for her first checkup and cleaning this week and the doctor and her staff were OUTSTANDING. No question; no better dentist in NoVa.

Loved this place! Very clean facility with amazingly friendly staff. The girls at the counter were very welcoming. Trena did my cleaning for me and she was just fantastic! And funny too! I was very nervous and she made me feel right at home. Look no further this is your new go to spot for all dental needs.

Best office ever. Jennifer at the front assisted me with my visit and she was super professional and knowledgeable. Some offices just hire anybody , but you can tell Jennifer knows her stuff. All of the staff was nice !

My wife and I have been looking for a good dentist for a while. We decided to try Cherrydale Family Dentistry and we are so happy we did. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor and hygienists are thorough and gentle. I’ve had a cavity for a year (during COVID) and finally decided to get it filled. Ive never had one before and I’m so pleased with how easy and painless it was. Great work all around. We highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Cherrydale Family Dental for close to 2 years now and I love all of the new changes! All of the staff members are polite, kind, and nice to talk to! The receptionist knows a lot about insurance and helped me understand more about the insurance plan that I have and what it covers- I didn’t know that I was eligible for 3 cleanings per year instead of 2!
The hygienist & doctor were so so gentle, friendly, and knowledgeable- I’m definitely not used to being treated so nicely at a dental office. I felt like everyone truly cared about me and treated me like family.

Great experience with emergency appointment and follow up with Dr Lobo and Brittany. Dr Lobo squeezed me in between scheduled clients and did a root canal as a prelude to a replacement crown. They are an excellent team - professional, meticulous, and sensitive to the patient. Thank you both!!! I followed Dr Freedman to your practice, but you so kindly fit me in when I showed up at your office with my broken crown in a baggie without an appointment at 8am. Will continue going to Cherrydale. Welcoming staff and dr and who take the time to get it right while minimizing discomfort.

Staff and Doctors are extremely professional. Appointments are on time and they do a great job staying on point processing and explaining each step. Clean modern office and they listen and work with patients. I’m a new patient since my dentist retired after 45 years with him. These folks are wonderful!

Dental office is very friendly and you don't feel worried because everyone makes you feel comfortable. I never have any pain during procedures or pain after procedures. You can easily have a conversation with anyone in the office. I like the office environment because it is white and the spaces are open. It is very modern and recently renovated. They play music which really helps me focus being calm during procedures. I feel happy when I enter the office and happy when I leave the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Robert Lobo and all of his staff to anyone. The office is immaculate! A five star office!

This visit for teeth cleaning was my first appointment during COVID-19. The staff took every precaution for their safety and my safety. They are very professional in treating their patients. I felt very safe and was pleased with my cleaning. I would recommend that you keep up with your dental health with Cherrydale Family Dental during this challenging time. I've been going to this practice for ten years. Dr. Copeland is a great dentist. He makes you feel at ease and I've never experienced pain even with a difficult tooth extraction. Their Arlington office has been recently remodeled and it looks fantastic. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My experience this week at Cherrydale Family Dental was as positive as going to the dentist could be. First of all, I love the newly remodeled. building. It’s very clean and modern and open and bright. They had a great soundtrack playing as well. I’m a musician, so I appreciated that. Chrystal is the quintessential receptionist: very friendly and engaging, yet still professional. Ingrid, the hygienist, who was new to me, also struck a great balance between professional interaction and friendliness. In fact, I can say that about all those with whom I interacted. This was my first appointment with Dr. Lobo, who came onboard since my last appointment. I had some issues that needed to be addressed in addition to my routine cleaning, and he treated them all in this one appointment, which has never happened previously to me. Very convenient. (That could have been COVID -related; perhaps fewer people are making dental appointments these days.) Al in all, a very good experience. I would be happy to refer friends or family to this practice.

Very nice atmosphere. I decided to try them out since they were close to my house and was pleasantly surprised. Very professional, took all the COVID protocols seriously and when my wife asked if the dentist was old or young I couldn't even tell he because they were so heavily masked.

I would recommend going to Cherrydale anytime, I've been twice, so its not a fluke.
