I had a wonderful experience shopping at Koons Toyota Arlington. This was my 2nd car purchase. Taha was my salesman who provided superior Custer service by listening to my needs and offering products that would make me feel at ease with my purchase. There was good communication all the way through whole transaction from the sales floor to the finance office. When I came in to pick up the car it was super clean and filled up with gas ready to go. Great experience and happy with my second purchase. Taha is the man to see and get the best experience.

I been working with Leo a couple times (sales person) He is been awesome. Honest person. Dedicated to his job. He always do his best for the costumers. And this time also I want to say thank you to Andrey (manager sales person) & Gian for being really helpful as Financial person. You guys did a great job getting the car I wanted.

I am very happy with the overall service during my purchase of a used 2021, hybrid highlander (I call it my plane, the whole family in love with it). I took my time to shop around at different dealership for used hybrid highlander, Leo was patient and consistently communicating and finally he forwarded me to his colleague Jeff (very cool man) when I finally came for test drive since he was off, but still managed to respond my text. Besides, the financing manager Mr. Chavan was amazing in explaining all the details of the available warranties and financing options. Overall, I don't have any reason not to come for my next purchase and/or to recommend for my family and friends to arlington koons dealership. Hope they will keep this positive business atmosphere.

I purchased a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler in Jan 2024. The sales representative, Mr. Nick Rassi did an excellent job in preparing the vehicle, obtaining a Maryland safety inspection and ensuring all questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Koons also gave a favorable price on the trade in vehicle. And Financial Manager, Chavan did a great job walking us through all the financial and warranty paperwork. Overall a very fast and efficient experience.

We arrived at the end of the day, and the folks stayed late for us. We never in any way felt pressured into making a decision. In particular, Carlton, the salesman who worked with us went out of his way to make sure that we were well taken care of. They took care of the Maryland state inspection, Maryland taxes and tag and title. We really appreciate all they did and are very happy with our new “little red wagon”.

We had an excellent experience dealing with Paul and the others at Koons on our recent car purchase. Our situation was a bit complicated but they worked with us all the way through to get it done. The car is excellent quality and was prepped for us beautifully. The last phase of the purchase with Finance was handled very well, they have most of it automated with electronic signatures which made it faster. And at the end we got it all on a flash drive which is way more convenient than a bunch of papers.
