Very nice McDonald’s. Only disappointment is that as usual with McDonalds the ice cream machine was down. Really? On a Sunday afternoon during Shamrock season. You can do better.

Service here is very fast. In fact, quite a few visits my food is up on the counter in the bad ready to go before I put my $$ away and get my drink cup. That fast.
It has those kiosks that you can order from as well.

I loved there food. I still love the fries and nuggets! But and I mean ALL DUE RESPECT the sandwiches have changed a lot. I'm not saying it's y'all's fault. Corporate! The service was fantastic! And yes my fries and nuggets was awesome 😎

My youngest daughter and my granddaughter love the McDonald's Cheeseburger Happy Meal. So I go there for them. One with no pickles and the other with pickles. I'm hitting McDonald's at least three times a week for them and you should see the looks on their face when I walk in. Faces are like bright sunshine...

Eat there alot for breakfast all ways cooked well an fast love using the app the young lady working in the morning is very kind an friendly 😀

I get breakfast on the road regularly and getting a friendly "We've got your order right here for you Ms. Dove. Go ahead and pull around and have a great morning." Each time always starts my day with a smile.

Food quality at this location is more consistent than other locations along my commute.

The interior is nice, & the staff was very accommodating & positive!

Gave us dog treats when they saw our dogs in the back seat- nice way to build community! Thanks

Bless the two guys in drive thru. A giant hornet flew into my car while I was trying to pay and one of the employees hopped through the window and killed it for me. 10/10 best customer service ever

Pleasantly surprised. Been a whole since I've been to a McDonald's and the last one out in powhatan when it was across the street was 🤢 so that's why i wasn't expecting much but it turned out hot, fast and actually pretty tasty for McDonald's lol. Let's see how long that lasts lol. Recommend downloading the app for good deals and free stuff

I go here often while i work, food always fr3sh and hot, the woman at the register listens closely.

Great McDonald's. Fast service two drive thru lines. Yes some times the wait can be lon but it is a McDonald's in the country. The food is hot and the orders are correct. What more do you want? Oh the ice cream machine seems to work pretty good here. The have the touch screen ordering kiosk too if you don't want talk to a human.

very very polite the woman taking orders and the gentleman giving you your food. the maintenance man was doing a fantastic job outside pressure washing the concrete so clean.

I went for breakfast this morning and I had great service from Janet and her team and my husbands sausage gravy biscuit was great as he made me try it due to it being so good and my sausage egg and cheese biscuit was amazing.

This McDonald’s is the basic McDonald’s that you see pretty much every where you go. Can be busy at times but I have never had a negative experience here. The staff are friendly and work as a team

Fast service in the drive thru for our ice cream congress.

I love McDonald's!! Got my all-time favorite...number 1 and of course everything was delicious. Double drive-thrus make it so much better and convenient.

Went through the drive thru and they were getting orders in and out quickly. It's been a while since I've been to this location and was impressed with how fast they were moving compared to the last time I was there.

The Powhatan McDonald's has changed staffing they are older and probably better paid. Service times seem much better than before
