I had a great experience at my recent visit. Jamie and Will were extremely helpful and make a great team. Both showed strong knowledge of the products, benefits, and plans and went above and beyond to help me find the best offer possible. Will handled my setup and was patient and thorough in answering all my questions. I left feeling happy with my purchasing decision and customer experience. I would definitely recommend visiting this location.

I can't say enough about Jami and her team. Jami was very instrumental in solving a very difficult situation, however she didn't give up until the problem had a positive ending. Meanwhile, Will was assisting my husband with a new phone, equipment and setup. Will was very patient and accommodating. I highly recommend this location!

The manager and staff at the Powhatan Verizon store were extremely helpful and patient with us as we purchased new phones and wearable devices today. They worked with us to get the best deal possible and answered many questions on how to use the devices effectively. Great experience!

Jamie was great walk me and my wife through the whole process. She help me with establishing my military discount on product inside the store.

I stopped in while traveling on the road and was super happy that I did. I spoke with Ethan, who was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to help me out with my questions. The store is very clean and top notch service. Thank you again Ethan!

Had excellent experience with Jami at the Powhatan store. She was very courteous and professional- spent over an hour setting up two new phones for me. Her service & patience makes her a standout employee - she is someone to hold on to - or I might hire her myself.

I like to write positive comments about service. Too often these day you don’t get good service when dealing with business associates. I want to congratulate Verizon on the service Alexis Henderson provided me. She was very patient and helpful when I was converting my phone service to Verizon. Some issues came up that were very difficult to straighten out with my phones. Alexis put forth a great deal of efforts on her part to fix the issues. She spent a great deal of time with me and even gave up her lunch break to help me. Service like this is almost nonexistent. Great job
I also want to recognize another associate, Dewayne Key, for his efforts to get my service issues straightened out. He made numerous attempts to correct the problems I was experiencing. He did all he could to fix the problems. Service, in my opinion, is missing in most all retail businesses today. Associates like Dewayne will keep me coming back and recommending this location to my family and friends. You can get a phone anywhere but you won’t get good service anywhere. Super job Dewayne and Alexis.

After visiting several Verizon stores with no success, we decided to try the Powhatan store. We were helped by Jami. I usually compare going to Verizon just like going to DMV. This visit was extremely different, she went out of her way and spent close to an hour trying to help us resolve our issues. When she realized she could not she gave us suggestions that ultimately fixed our problem. She has phenomenal people skills and genuinely cared about getting our phone fixed. I would highly recommend if you have an issue to bypass the Midlothian stores and shoot out to Powhatan for the best customer service around!!

Ashley was awesome! My phone died and rushed to the store frantic. She was very patient and worked diligently to get me set up with a new phone. I'm self employed, and my business runs through my phone, so it was urgent that I got up and running as quickly as possible.
