Best Gym in Richmond! Clean, state of the art equipment, great atmosphere, great hours! I love the energy I get after each work out. The staff are always friendly and very professional Greg, Daniel and all the front desk staff greet you with a smile and are always very welcoming. Thank you for all you do!

I love the mind body group fitness studio here. It smells like essential oils and has huge windows, which makes the space more open and inviting than other studios. It seems fairly quiet and peaceful. It's easy to hear the music and teachers without a mic. There isn't a lot of noise from the rest of the gym.

Lifting at Gold’s Gym Westchester Commons is a spectacular experience and it starts with the wonderful staff. They are welcoming and inviting, they hold the gym to a high standard while building quality relationships with clients and peers. I personally have developed great friendships with Danny Valenzuela and Greg Smith! They keep the gym fun and help create a positive community that I look forward to be a part of every day.

Great gym! Clean, well lit, with a nice mix of equipment. Plenty of room to get a great workout. The staff is professional and courteous and the trainers are knowledgeable, accessible, and eager to help if you need them.

I highly recommend Gold’s Gym at Westchester Commons, and especially, their personal trainer, Mike. I’m a beginner when it comes to weight training, and Mike has been instrumental in helping me lose weight, lose body fat and gain muscle. I would be lost in the gym without him!

Gym staff is always pleasant (special shout out to the kids watch staff) and I more or less always get the equipment I need. The amount and variation of equipment they have is better than most gyms in the area.

The gym is great! Has at least 6 power racks with multiple specialty bars such as a duffalo bar, safety squat bars, camber bars, and etc. Has 2 westside competition bench press racks. Staff is young but friendly none the less. One kid handed me my smelling salts I left behind once. Greg I believe is the owner and is a stand up guy. I owe him a lunch for letting my kids hang out in the kid zone on a holiday. Just missing a hot tub and my kids think they can add a few more things in the kidzone for fun. Overall a great experience for novice to experience lifters of all types. Price is also fair but I do hope they add a hot tub later on, just saying.

Great, likeminded people, and plenty of quality equipment to vary your workouts. Highly recommend this place whether you’re a beginner or advanced athlete

So far, it's a really good gym. One of the reasons why I go here is because it's extremely big and the people that go here have been very friendly.

One of my favorite gyms-They have two floors so there’s always machines and space available even when it’s crowded. The staff is friendly and laid back, they don’t stress about closing time and push everyone out the door like at Arboretum- they keep the music on and kindly make rounds when they’re closed to let you know. The abs section is great and they have a pool. I hope one day they go back to 24 hours 🤞🏽

I’ve been a member of this gym for several years and love it! The staff is friendly and the equipment is always maintained. Don’t be intimidated by the reputation of this body builder gym, as it’s a friendly environment and has EVERYTHING you need for fitness.
