Everything was very clean. It was well staffed. Sound and picture quality were excellent. They have new seats that have extra cushion to them. I wish they served Dr. Pepper but they do have slushy drinks.

Clean theaters and friendly ushers made my experience a pleasure! Popcorn was fresh, not a bucket of old crumbs. Be sure you join regal rewards to get the discounts. We prefer the westchester location because it’s smaller than other complexes near us. Great experience today!

My favorite theater to catch the newest release movies. Always clean and plenty of seats available. I like it because it's right off the highway 288. Plenty of places to eat before you go and watch your movie. Never had any issues here staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Went on a movie date with my Boo... Saw The Lion King and had an awesome time. I always go to this movie theater. Very clean and organized. The manager Robert addressed a few of my concerns in the past, he is keeping that theater tight. Great Job Management.

One of our go-to theaters. We use the Regal unlimited movie pass. We try to go at least once a week.

They're doing a good job with social distancing. I saw Tenet in the middle of the week and I shared the theater with nobody. It was completely empty.

High praises for a great movie theatre. They have an unlimited plan where you can see all the movies you want for a fixed monthly price. One drawback. When you use this service you might incur a small charge per ticket. I dont know why but it happens. Other than that it is an excellent choice for a solo mission, date night or an all out family outing.

My family and I always enjoy coming to Regal Cinema. It is a large theater with multiple screens, and getting tickets is easy thanks to the regal app and self-serve kiosk. The concession stand is usually busy, but the staff are able to keep up with the demand. The seating in the theaters is comfortable, and the sound quality is good. Even with the large number of people visiting the cinema, the customer service is usually great.

Hadn't been to a theater since COVID...loved it....will go back...a movie in a real theater.... can't be beat!

Never have I had a bad experience here. I took my son to see Elf a couple weekends ago. Thank you for playing Christmas movies this season. It means a lot to families. Popcorn and Soda was on point. Some theaters do not keep their soda fountains serviced. Not the case here.

The cashier at the concession stand was pleasant and spoke with a smile. Loved that!! The theater was clean. My hubby and I were the only ones in Theater 1. There was peace in the valley. No talking out loud or lit up cell phones. Loved that too. Lol

This is one of the very best managed movie theaters in the Richmond Metropolitan region. It is very comfortable. It's clean. Each time I've been there, crowding never appeared to be a problem. The clerks at the box office and snack counter are very polite. The restroom is so clean that it smells good. The theaters themselves are very tidy. They also smell fresh. The seats are very soft and cushy. Be sure to take some vitamins or sip a caffeinated beverage before catching a flick there past 8 pm. you might fall asleep in those very comfortable soft seats. The sound and picture quality are absolutely brilliant! Never once have I seen the movie suddenly discolor or hear the sound crackle. The managers and employees of this place apparently know what they are doing.

Saw the Wizard of Oz!! The employees were great!!
