When I came in a wonderful young lady gave me great customer service. She was polite, fast with the service. Food was hot and fresh. Gave good conversation and even interacted with my children. I’ll definitely come back. Especially if she’s my waitress again. I believe her name was Jennifer. All I know is when I see her it’s the girl with the colorful hair

My girl & I came in for a late dinner at the West Commons location. We decided to take our seats at the bar, Jacob the bartender was quick to attend to us and get our orders in quick and made excellent suggestions for drinks. The food came out very well put together & hot. There wasn’t a single moment I had to wave him down for something we needed. It was as if he could read our minds. This was by far the best Waiter/Bartender I’ve encountered in all my visits going to bars in the past.

I think I found my new sports bar to hang out regularly because the food was great and the service was amazing. My server Jennifer was so outgoing and funny. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gives great recommendations. I will absolutely be back for her service.

Went with my family for a late dinner and we had Jennifer as our server! The service was great! She made sure all of our drinks were refilled and our food was out so fast! She was so attentive and kind to us. The experience was great, and we will definitely be back!

My brothers and I came in this past weekend to hang out and watch some sports while I was in town. Within minutes of sitting down in the bar area, Jacob had drinks for us, changed TVs for our games, and had our appetizer rung in! Food was what we normally expected, but it was the service/atmosphere that made our night so entertaining and memorable. He chatted with us when he wasn’t busy and he simply made sure we were enjoying our night. Thank you so much Jacob!

The food is what you’d expect from a sports bar. What really stood out to our whole table tho was our server Jake. We will now be asking for him every time. He was very prompt and actually checked in regularly to make sure we were content and had everything we needed. Because of him tho we'd recommend checking this place out sometime.

I’m not usually a fan of bdubs but after my experience at this specific location I will definitely be going back. I ordered the smash burger which was delicious and the waitress Ainsley was friendly and attentive to our needs. If you’re looking for a place to get a great bite, good drinks and top quality service. This is the place.

I just stopped by here the other day and had a great time. I had ordered their cauliflower wings and they tasted great. Their server Jake gave excellent service, he made sure my experience was satisfactory and that I got everything that I asked for. I would definitely come here again!

BWW is always amazing but the service here is especially great! Jennifer Smith has such an infectious personality and it always makes my experiences here 10 times better! There is nothing better than having great service while enjoying some wings and beer. Thank you, Jennifer for being so wonderful!!!

I’ve been to the West Commons location on selective days… it seems like most of the time I get this same waitress by the name of Jennifer. She is always very friendly, outgoing, and her communication is always on point. I couldn’t ask for a better waitress to have when I come to this particular location. Jennifer is always smiling and open to help.

We’ve been coming for dinner, almost every week, on Tuesdays since May 24, 2022. Sometimes I’ll come twice. Love the Honey 🍯 BBQ 🍗 wings but I try several. Mostly we eat at the bar because Rachel gives us great service. Sometimes, when we see she isn’t here we’ve gone elsewhere for dinner.

Jennifer was amazing. Loved her attitude and the attentiveness she showed us. Her pleasant attitude and smile made this experience worth every moment. Thank you Ms Jennifer and we will be visiting more often

Jacob is a standout waiter and bartender. He provided excellent recommendations and his timing was perfect. His friendly approach and expert knowledge made our dining experience one to remember. Highly recommend him!

I took my son out to dinner before we went to a movie tonight. This was our first time at this establishment. Savannah was our waitress and was very friendly and kept our drinks filled at all times. I work in the service industry so I am very picky and she was a rockstar. We will be back for the wings. They were delicious

Savannah my server was phenomenal. The appetizer sampler was fresh and exactly as I wanted and she recommended the strawberry lemonade which was divine! I WILL BW BACK AND LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING AAVANNAH AS MY SERVER AGAIN

My server Jennifer handled my service with my twins very exceptionally well. She brought my food out exactly as asked and expected Ild definitely be returning to this buffalo again. I had such an amazing experience

The food at this location is great! The service is excellent. My husband and I always request Jacob. He is always over the top nice and knows our drink orders without us even ordering.

So this has to be the cleanest and brightest BWW we have ever been into!!

The food was great! We got fried pickles, fries, and the new traditional wings, General Tsos and Sweet Chile Lime. Fantastic food! Especially the new flavor in the wings! Large selection of cold beer on tap with lots of cocktail choices as well. I went with the Mango Cart Beer which is one of my new favorites! If you like Blue Moon, you should definitely give Mango Cart a try!!
We were fortunate enough to have Jennifer seat us and then wait on us. I can’t say enough about her. She was very attentive and answered any questions we had about the menu. But beyond that she was friendly, funny, and very genuine. She is exactly what serving and excellent customer service should be!! She should be the trainer for any new staff coming through BWW. What a great example she sets! We really enjoyed the food but Jennifer made our experience the best. I hope we are able to cross paths again in the future!! Highly recommend this BWW! And if you dine in, I would recommend asking to be sat in Jennifer’s section 😊

Jennifer was our waitress and boy oh boy was she FANTASTIC! She was attentive to my kids, my husband and i that it felt like we were the only ppl in the room! She works very diligently to make sure that all your needs are met in such a timely matter. We keep coming back just to see her friendly and welcoming smile! If you 100 Jennifer’s in your establishment I’m sure you’d make the news! We love this BWW and the service Jennifer continues to give!

Jennifer is wonderful! She always remembers me by name and makes my dining experience so enjoyable. She is always making sure my drink is full and recommends items that she loves.
