Best Italian food I have ever had. Bread was awesome. Mozzarella sticks A+. Wife had 4 cheese ravioli and I had lobster ravioli. Also best ever.

One of *the best* Italian restaurants, or really one of the best restaurants I’ve been to at all. The bread is awesome, the mozzarella sticks are awesome, the pizza is awesome, the pasta is exceptional, and the bacio (?) is to die for.

Not only does the quality of the food stand out to me, but also the quality of the service. The owner does an amazing job as well.

I am an Italian native New Yorker, and this Restaurant is superb my compliments to the chef the food was plentiful and extremely well prepared our waiter. Dylan was awesome.

Diego is the most knowledgeable and attentive server! I specifically asked for him to be my server for my birthday dinner and he is the BEST! Food was absolutely phenomenal. Espresso martini was perfection overall couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner!

Amazing experience everything from Bryan the Bartender to Mrs . Marianna the owner is AWESOME SAUCE!!! lol she was behind the bar talkin each guest making sure everyone had a wonderful experience to showing everyone in the restaurant how to clean!! Lmao love her already she literally said don’t post me and kicked me out hahaha 😂 I’ll be back love ya …. But HELLO NICE AND FRESH😂. Just an amazing vibe for a date night or just great Italian food.!!!!!! Felt like family with just one visit. May take a second for your food, but everything is fresh !! Had Short Rib Pasta sub vodka sauce suggested by another guest and ❤❤❤❤❤❤ call my momma it was good lol !!!

This may easily be the best Italian restaurant in Richmond. Starting with the elegant decour and ambiance, the service is stellar and wait staff is attentive and friendly. The portions ensure you don't leave hungry. They have an excellent assortment of appetizers and their house garlic bread, light and airy, is to die for! What a great experience! Would gladly go back.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in awhile. The food/drink selection is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the taste and quality for the price is outstanding! Brian took GREAT care of us for our first time here (some of the best service I’ve had in years) and we will be back a million times.

Great food, awesome portions, and wonderful service. Lately it seems like going out to eat isn't worth the money anymore but this place is operating at a higher standard.

We really enjoyed the service and food here. Beautiful salads and generous portions. The pizza is a Napoli style and the pasta is homemade. Nice dessert menu. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We will be back.

Palermo Trattoria is a wonderful family owned restaurant. We are not from the area and have come twice this month to eat here. It is that good! The owner & the staff treat their customers very nicely. We will definitely continue to come eat at Palermo Trattoria! It did not disappoint!

Best Italian food in RVA. I've lived in Italy, traveled to Boston, NYC, and eaten some really good Italian. This is authentic Italian food...from portions, to the way it's prepared, to the service, and the family is from Sicily. Palermo is a real treasure and rarity. And I promise, if you go on a weekend and it's packed (which it always is), it's worth the wait. ❤

This is a family-owned Italian restaurant. They make their own pastas, and have careful control over everything that comes out of the kitchen. We've been there twice now and have sampled four different lunch entrees, soup, salads, and of course the service. Everything has been top notch and delicious. This is the kind of place that once you find it, you will simply go back again and again.

Such phenomenal service. Family owned. Authentic, Italian food. Welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 recommend! Perfect cappuccino after dinner.

A must try place for everyone who loves traditional Italian food. You walk in and you feel like you’re in grandmas house. The service was great, never ran out of water/drinks. The bread was amazing!!!!! The pasta was amazing!!!! Everything is home made so you have to wait briefly but not too long. The appetizers were greasy and delicious. Good for date night and family events.

My favorite Italian food!! Perfect spot for a date night. My favorite is the capellini Alla Vodka, but you can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. One bite and all of my coworkers were hooked!

We experienced the best dining experience on the patio. As a group of 9 we were very pleased that the wait staff was very attentive and the food was delicious.

Even the lunch portions are big, always plenty of delicious food and awesome. Friendly family owned restaurant.
