Sheetz here is always good and on point. Staff friendly. Coffee machine broken. Had to drink rot-gut instead of my fav mix. Nice crapper. Friendly patrons. Love my Powhatan visits. A1+++

I had an issue with a cash deposit which freaked me out because it was stuck in limbo for the weekend, but the management team went above and beyond to help me. I dealt with a few managers, one spent almost an hour calling support to try to help me, another got me all the information I needed, and another really took good care of me. I admit that I did get upset and hopefully didn’t come across as rude, but they turned a nightmare into a great experience in the end. Good stop in place, efficient staff

Stop at this Sheetz about 11am to use drive-thru today. Couldn’t be used because a Coke delivery truck was blocking the entrance. And he wasn’t moving for awhile because the tailgate was down and loaded with product!! I didn’t go inside because of a walking diaabijity. Letting you know I was not happy. Thought someone needed to know. Bob Beers

Was a decent experience, and I have gotten my order wrong only once, and hope it never happens again. It’s right next to my work, so I pass it all the time. Also, some of the cashiers can be pretty rude sometimes, but other than staff and orders, great rest stop for gas or a snack. Doesn’t deserve a 5 star for sure but it was good enough to say the least.
