Smile Garden at Midlothian Children's Dentistry

Dr. Victor is phenomenal with my 4 year old. My son had to have a lot of work done and each time he was seen, Dr. Victor and Sandy made my son feel calm, relaxed and safe. They both talked to him gently and explained things so he understood what was going on. Dr. Victor is so patient and kind and his work is outstanding. Every staff member here is so cheerful and caring. I am so thankful we found this office!

Everything was great! Great customer service, great hygienists, and great Dentist! Calmed down my 6yr old by explaining every part of the process before doing it. Kids got a coin to use for a bounce ball machine and had a bubble party because no cavities. It’s a great experience for the kids!!

My daughter sees Dr. Patel and we always walk away feeling great my daughter included! The staff is always so warm and welcoming! The front desk is the best and the bubble parties are always a huge hit! Always recommending Dr. Patel and this office!

The front desk staff was outstanding we dealt with the sweetest woman named Bridgett at the front desk and she did bubbles to entertain my little while I was filling out the questionnaire and answered all my questions and was very helpful and very accommodating. My son is 17 months old and it was his first visit to the dentist. I was very pleased with the whole experience and the dentist was GREAT with my sweet boy. He is great with kids and my child didn’t even cry during his first ever exam. The dentist took his time and went over with me how to care for his teeth and tips and was very good with my son. So glad to have found this place!!! Definitely recommend!

We have been taking our daughter here for a handful of years now and we love everybody in the office and Dr. Patel is absolutely lovely. She makes us feel special every time we come in.

Thoroughly happy with my children’s dentist visits now. My children have had horrible experiences with a dentist in the past and Dr Victor and his staff make smile garden are very comfortable space. Will continue taking my children here

I am so impressed with the constant good energy that comes from this business. Everyone in there just has a touch of magic, I swear. I will forever sing the praises of these wonderful teeth fairies! My child has no fear and only excitement to see everyone thst works there. I even showed up on the wrong day to my son’s appointment, (my fault I’m a spazz) and they were so understanding and fit us in. They are angels,👼 truly

We have been going to Dr. Patel for about 6 years now, and she’s just wonderful. She’s great with kids, she’s gentle, she’s patient…every experience with her is a pleasure. One of my kids had to see her today for more than a basic cleaning. She was so great with him that he told us later that he now loves going to the dentist!

I cannot say enough good things about this dentist office. Everyone is always friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure my anxious kiddos have the very best dental visits and that their teeth stay strong and healthy. My family is so thankful that we found Midlothian Children's Dentistry.

Kid PoV : I love my dentist . She always calls me munchkin which I love and she’s really nice , I love her hair , &she doesn’t make me cry . The ladies at the front desk are really kind , the let me draw them pictures and always tell me have a great day . Everyone is beautiful. The fishy’s are really funny .

Mom POv : Best Place Hands down the staff are always friendly and informative. I never leave with questions unanswered. Everyone from the front desk to the back are welcoming and it’s the cutest place for kiddos to feel comfortable. We love you guys

We made our first appointment, and they were celebrating Star Wars day, and all of the staff were in costume. They have TV's mounted in the ceiling, so the children can watch their favorite shows while getting their teeth cleaned. Our dental hygienist (I didn't catch her name but she was dressed as Princess Leia) was wonderful and so kind to my daughter, helping her feel comfortable at her first appointment. Dr. Patel was dressed as a Jedi, and was so sweet and patient. She did an amazing job tackling each case, and was very warm and welcoming. They have a wall for the "Cavity-free club" so my daughter got to have her picture taken. At the end of the appointment, she was given a token to use for the bouncy ball dispenser, and since it was her first appointment, they gave my daughter a bubble party with their bubble machine! One of the patient coordinators shared the same name as my daughter and she was so excited about it!

It was all of the little things that they did that made the experience so very special! We are so happy that we found this place for my daughter's dental care!

We have always been pleased with Smile Garden. All the staff are great with kids, friendly, and we really like Dr. Patel!

Dr. Victor is wonderful! He related equally well with each of my kids ages 5 to 13! The entire office staff is welcoming and happy to explain things including insurance-related questions.

Today was our first time visiting and I couldn’t be more happy. We live about 45 min away and the drive was well worth it. Dr Patel and her team were patient, efficient and made sure we understood everything. My family will continue to make the drive for future appointments.

Dr. Patel and all of her staff were amazing. It’s was our first dentist visit for both my 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son. They were very fast and efficient. The kids loved their “bubble party” they received at the end since they had NO CAVITIES and no one cried which was a big plus for me.

Hello, this is Childrens Dentistry Of Virginia Chester. My son has never had any dental work done without being under general anesthesia. He was able to get two fillings done with no issues. We will definitely be using this for children’s dentistry for our families. Dental needs.

Absolutely wonderful. They were amazing with my 5 yo. We came from another "children's" practice where the dentist was aggressive, pushy, and apparently said my son needed a bunch of work that it turns out wasn't necessary. Here they were kind and patient making my son, and not their pockets, the priority. So happy we switched.

Everyone was very polite and nice! I really love to come to Midlothian Children's Dentist because they will treat you like family and also treat your kids with kindness.

Our son is autistic and only with in hospital sedation been able to have dental work done. This location was caring calm and accommodating. He was able to even do X-rays. This was a positive experience from start to finish. The staff is professional and were great with him. He is even looking forward to his next appointment and bubble party celebrating his success. Definitely recommend them any day of the week.

I’m so glad we chose this to be our childrens dentistry! We have always had a great experience with the staff in every area of the place. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The dental assistants are great with my current child (6), always friendly and I love that they explain to her every thing they’re doing step by step. Dr. Patel is excellent - so knowledgeable, friendly and can always answer our questions. We love the atmosphere and plan to continue going here when my second child is of age.
