We have been going for quite a few years, and they have never made a single mistake. Both the CVS and Giant we went to previously made repeated errors - one which caused me a major medical emergency. You are merely a number at other chain pharmacies.

Mclean pharmacy is truly a small business family pharmacy where they know your name - and they know you - and your medical history relevant to RXs.

They take great precautions to check your records regularly. They insure that none of yours meds are contraindicated.

The store also sells lots of fun items - including healthy - but tasty - snacks. Great organic lotions…
And if you need to know what to take for a particular problem, Jinous will happily walk around the counter and show you the various options she has, explaining which one she would recommend. Like I mentioned, this is old fashion service at its best! You will

I have been a customer at Mclean Pharmacy for over 3 years. Over the years I have worked with the Pharmacist Janice. Janice is the most patient and knowledgeable pharmacist that I have known. I have referred many friends to Janice and they were happy also. Janice is an excellent listener and takes time to determine what works best for any given situation. Janice and her staff are very caring and dedicated professionals.

Always treats me very well here. They listen to my doctor and I always have such an easy time filling my prescriptions here. If there was a 6 star option I'd say 6 stars

Chris and the whole team here were A+. 23 years living in McLean and I have never been here. Had to for Mom and these folks were super friendly, professional and made it happen on very short notice the evening before Thanksgiving. I could t have asked for better service. The deliver too!!

Forget the big box stores. I've never had to wait in line behind 10ppl and the wait times have NEVER in my experience been more than 15-20 min. Plus the folks are super friendly and helpful AND knowledgeable. They have a lab in the back where they do their own compounding.

This is one of those places you should go for the simple fact that you should support local business. Its icing on the cake that they are better in EVERY way compared to the big box retail pharmacy's.

I have switched from CVs to this wellness pharmacy couple years ago. I fill all my medications and my entire family there. They have all sort of supplements and wellness goodies, it s one stop to get better n feel better with the way staff treats you like a family. When we had CoVid they went out of their way to make sure they deliver our meds and all immune systems supplements to us the minute we called and told them we have CoVid. The owner calls the dr office every time my dad run s out of his refills and spends hours with insurance company for special medication for my father in law. I would highly recommend to check out this independent pharmacy in McLean if you are tired of crazy lines and no smile n love from your retail pharmacy.

Customer service is very good and the professional pharmacy staff are great. Mr. Wahbi has provided most of my COVID vaccines and boosters and he is very professional, caring, and competent. Will definitely be back for my Fall vaccines.

I always try to use this local pharmacy. They have knowledge and attentive staff and it's easy to get someone on the phone. Also an interesting selection of various snacks and drinks!

Always pleasant and reliable. I have my medications delivered and they are always dependable. I hate dealing with Walgreens/CVS if I do not have to. These guys are terrific. Keep up the good work!!!

Immediate response from actual human when I called. A willingness to listen and understand the urgency of my need. Simple, direct instructions as to how to handle my request. Prompt, professional and kind. I will never waste my time at a chain drug store again, ever. I literally spent two days on hold, searching the area for the care that I received immediately at McLean Pharmacy. Thank you!

Highly recommend, esp if you need compounded prescriptions

Has been great for walk-in flu and Covid shots. Waxbi has been extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in administering shots and advice.

I really can’t say enough nice things about McLean Pharmacy. They are incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly polite and I think they truly care about their customers. I know they have worked very hard over the years to help with my insurance and have offered suggestions related to vitamins and supplements that have really worked. I’m very happy to have McLean Pharmacy in our neighborhood.

These guys are truly the best - they always have my medication filled promptly. The customer service there is top knotch! Highly recommend!

Honestly, I'm not going to lie, this pharmacy is really really good. You never have to wait long, its a much more personal experience, especially if you compare them to cvs pharmacy. Their prices are the most competitive and the workers will do everything they can for you. Once you go there multiple times in a row, they will remember you and over time they really become your pharmacist family. They'll know what you need and they'll always help. They do covid testing now and during this pandemic you really.cime to appreciate them and all the hard work they do. I've been coming here for years and I really realized how great they are.

Continued excellent service since my very high Yelp review 2 years ago. I take 2 meds that typically need to be ordered and I always call a day in advance to let them know so they can order a day ahead. They have never let me down on the service or their friendly and personal service. Would recommend to anyone who is trying to break away from high volume chain pharmacies. Keep.up the great work guys!

2017: Love the home town service here. Always helpful and friendly. Out of habit I just kept dealing with the lines at CVS. Glad our family made the switch finally. Our neighbors had been telling us what a great experience they've had.

The pharmacy staff is professional and friendly, willing to stop what they are doing to help customer get what they need. They pharmacist will also look for the least expensive choice in fulfilling prescriptions. I have been going there for several years and like the idea of a small pharmacy giving individual service to their clientele.

Mclean Pharmacy is truly the best!! They always go over and beyond to create an incredible experience for their customers. I travel 40 min each way, to have them fill out all my prescriptions. I personally refuse to go anywhere else!! That should truly tell you how amazing they are!!!
