Excellent locations and well stocked.

I normally don't post reviews but I feel this needs to be addressed, I'm on EBT and it's the only way i get through the day I don't have a car and this gas station is the closest place to get basic necessities. Everytime I go to checkout I somehow get the same man right from the start I make it clear I'm using ebt and that i can pay for the bags I use or anything else not able to go on EBT with my cash or my other card. He everysingle time tried to refuse me service because of this and I have had to have a manager step in everytime. He makes sure to announce to the store that im using EBT. The first two times this happened i thought he was confused but im convinced he just has it out for me now. I'm not asking to be catered to here I just don't want to be publicly emberassed evertime I go in simply because I rely on EBt the managers are great and always step in. But he still makes it a point to do the same thing everytime I come in. Please fix this!

Understaffed and too busy to be useful. It might be faster to bake your own donuts, brew coffee yourself or build your own slurpy machine :P

Trucks completely blocking entrance. Parking in fire lane everywhere. Then once inside a line of 6-8 people plus. One cashier. Then 2nd shows up, and lets guys do scratch offs, then buy more, then scratch off again, several times. All while 6 of us are waiting. This place was a great local place for gas and go stuff. Now with the small restaurant, it's impossible to visit during day. This happened at 10 am. The length of time it takes to purchase one single item is simply not worth it anymore.

Normally I don’t leave reviews, but this makes me sick. Very rude and unprofessional customer service, this man with glasses was yelling at me 3-4 times, that I didn’t tell him what exactly I need.. I felt so sad. They need to learn how speak with customer

The guy doesn’t give receipts, feel like he’s not giving me the deals, heard someone else argue with him before.

The manager of this 711 is 100% trashcan juice. He does not give a care at all about making his customers happy. He has no idea what customer service is at all. The line is always long. And he will walk right by like nobody is there. Then he goes straight into that office. Then when I told him about himself. He gets mad. Like who ever owns this 711 you really need to put you friendship aside and fire this guy. He makes you lose money. You dont know how many ppl just give up a d walk out. FIRE THAT MANAGER. You will always fail with him.

Lines for check out here are entirely too slow. You guys need to prioritize getting customers out.

Watch out.. cheater over charge item! Always check receipt!! Goodluck with ripping off ppl. You will never see me there, M.F!!

Rude and unprofessional cashiers. They act like you owe them money. Please try to learn how to treat customers or leave it for someone professional.
