Walmart Supercenter

Went to the store the other day to pick up some household items and groceries. It was great to be able to get everything I needed in one place. The only thing I didn't like is that most of the registers are self-check and the employees at the door are extremely pushy about reviewing your receipt. I feel very turned off by this interaction and I think the store management should rethink this process.

I had to spend 10,000 for my company and initially went to the location at 11181 Lee Highway on 6/14/23, and the manager on duty around 5:15pm. was no help. He offered no help despite employees standing around on their phones. He directed me to this location, which is undoubtedly the most help he gave me. I arrived and was met by Nina and Reza, who listened to what I needed. Nina then called Jyoti the coach, and he provided the kind of customer service that left me more than impressed. Jyoti called Rafayet, who assisted me with locating merchandise and keeping the 12 full carts in order. Ahad and Meena were thorough on the registers, helping me keep things in order. Overall, I was there for 5 hours and spent over 5k for our clients. The store was busy, but this team took care of other customers while still providing me with top-notch service! This team was nothing short of AMAZING, and from now on, I'll bypass the location two blocks from my workplace to enjoy the respect and attention to customer service I was given. Thanks for all that you guys do!

Love my local Walmart! This is a good one too- it's big with a great selection of everything! Staff is helpful as a well. Can't go wrong here for groceries, makeup, and other stuff.

We signed up with Walmart delivery to home. Gives us delivery from warehouse or store. We give the discount to the delivery person. It's worth it for us. We get Paramount+, PlutoTV with ads. Very happy. We get the rest of our streaming thru Verizon. We are now trying to update our old Chromecasts, and Amazon cut us off for ordering 3. Walmart didn't try to cut us off for ordering the third one. Goodbye Amazon. We don't need order police.

Bought a phone today and the customer service from Angelita was amazing she went above and beyond to help me solve my issue. She was so kind and diligent I will make an effort to always go to this Walmart from now on.

This shop has a variety of items. It's more or less a one stop shop. They carry clothing, food, electronics, office supplies, home goods, etc. Reasonable prices too!

One of the best Walmart in the area. But Do not expect to get help right away If you need it. And like the other Walmarts, The store is always busy and the parking’s full

Had a $50 Walmart gift card and was able to get 12 items with it. Shopping experience was good and checkout was smooth.

Store is always well stocked. Exceptionally effcient checkout process.

The special thing about this Walmart is that it is smaller and more cramped. Parking lots are scamped, the isles between shelves inside are smaller

Good place to find stuffs in lower prices. I often find cleaning stuffs in this location when the pandemic happens. Besides, their employees are so nice and helpful, especially the guy who is working in this area. I believe his name is Glenn. He treats not only me but also all customers very friendly.

A lot of people tell me “Michael it’s just another Walmart” but i really think there’s something special about this one. Every time I come to this Walmart location on Fair Lakes Parkway there’s a smiling employee ready to greeet me ; they always ask if they can help me in any way. Angelita in the electronics section is something else.

The store just going into shopping with my mom every maybe once in the wild for somethings but the stars really nice really huge certain things need to be upgraded but it but they're working on it and it's really nice and clean every day most of associates are good help.

It’s employees like Toni from the Garden center who makes customers so happy! He was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable about plants!! My mom loved him and while he was helping us out, he didn’t hesitate to help another lady who was struggling to carry a soil bag to her cart. Thank you Toni for making our day!

Walmart is my mine store for everything. No complaints but, one. Some of the patrons can be very rude and it's hard to find a manager for help. Employees are extremely helpful to everyone. All the departments look beautiful & allows customers to find what they need.

Good location and has other options near by, nice place to shop around

Ms. Celina is Fair Lakes Walmart's hidden treasure! She was so busy with loading goods on the shelves but found a few minutes to help me find Sesame Tahini paste. She provides the best service for customers of Fairfax, Virginia.

The cleanest, most organized Wal-Mart I've been in. Produce and meats are all fresh and well presented. Self check-out is ample.. even when there is a long line, it doesn't take long to get through. My only complaint would have to be the marking of exits. The store is so large that you can forget which direction you're going when you can't see the front or back walls.
