Kohl's

I recently enjoyed my visit shopping at my local Kohl's. My cashier was friendly and efficient, my merchandise was easy to find in sufficient quantity, the store provided a neat/inviting atmosphere, and I saved some money by using my Kohl's credit card and a coupon.

Kohl's was fabulous. I actually bought 4 items and used my 25% discount after a return from Amazon. Two fleece jogging suits. Customer service was beyond and above.

Although I couldn't find exactly what I wanted, I did make a purchase. The checkout line was long but moved quickly. I like to shop at Kohl's as the staff is friendly and professional.

Enter the store and ask for Marwa, all your needs will be met. She is a kind and friendly person and loves helping others.

Employee offered to carry my bag with returning items upstairs to customer service- elevator was not working. I am 77 yrs old and greatly appreciated this kind deed! Also great sales prices right now!

No complaints. Gonna be honest had a real Mandela Effect situation here. I thought Kohls went bankrupt two years ago. Got the shoes I wanted though at a good price and didn't have to wait for them to be delivered from Nike themselves.

It was well organized, not too many people for a Sunday, back to school day before the school starts, and employees were helpful.

Amal was super nice and very helpful. I was very happy with her.

I went for a return and when doing the return the computer was separating my transaction to 2 different credit cards. I had only used my kohl's cc. The young lady that was at the customer service desk went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved. My apologies for not asking her name. But her manager knows who she is. Great customer service. 👌

Large selection of men's, women's, and children's clothes plus housewares, kitchen items, luggage, and decorative items for the home. Prices are reasonable to begin with, but weekly sales and coupons reduce them even further. Convenient hours and plenty of parking.

Parking is a plus, great selection, always use your coupons!!! Then you realize the savings otherwise you will be better off shopping at Amazon. The greatest perk is that you can order online and pick up at store. But, if you do this in the same day you are planning on going there it won't work. You will wait longer.

This was the largest Kohls that I have visited. The lower level is Men's and women's clothing, athletic wear, jewelry and accessories. Upstairs contains, Amazon Return, housewares, bedding, Women's Plus, children's and babies. There were lots of great clearance prices throughout the store, and the staff were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. I was impressed

This is the biggest kohls I've ever seen. Love all the different selections. Updated my whole wardrobe and my families!
