Pagano's Hardware Mart

So helpful with creative ideas and finding exactly the right parts. I've recently gone on with some unique questions and each time they have been a useful resource.

Old school quality service. Sit down and listen to this... Employees there are knowledgeable, know where everything is, and are actually happy to spend as much time helping you as needed! You won't find any orange vested magically vanishing "floor workers" here. Pop in there next time you need something that you would typically get at a big box store. You know the one I'm talking about. The one with the homeless village and dudes milling around the parking lot. I promise you, your mind will be blown.

So much better than driving to Home Depot and dealing with that place! Good prices, helpful staff, and keeping a local business alive! The staff is quite knowledgeable and always so willing to help out. I miss the free popcorn though.

Great resource if you're that end of town, 90% of the time will save you a trip to the big hardware stores for an urgent repair.

It feels a bit better stocked than the Southshore location, with more of a feel of the old Lincoln Ave location (if nostalgia is important to you).

Living on Bay Farm this is my plan D, but it's en-route is I'm shopping at Target or Michaels.

Great store with competitive pricing. Their grill section is awesome (just beyond the main store) and they offer free home delivery and installation. Skip Home Depot and hit Pagano's for whatever you need.

Great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. I bought a master lock which ended up breaking just a few days after using it. Couldn't find the receipt but the staff there took care of me regardless. It's that kind of customer service that will keep me coming back and coming here first before any big box hardware store.

Always helpful. Surprisingly wide selection. Makes it easy to never leave the island.

Wow! This place is so much fun to shop in. I buy my potting soil, pots, batteries, keys, door locks, most of my kitchen gadgets and more here. Very nice workers, they know right where things are. A great assortment of very interesting stuff

Like the awesome neighborhood shops where I grew up in the avenues. Need a replacement coffee make carafe and a machete? $17 and done. Are you into repairing your garden hose instead of buying a new one? Kudos for saving the planet, I guess, and they have kits for all sizes.

It's not a home Depot, it's a local hardware store, but the prices are decent, the people are friendly, and the selection is good. If you're on Alameda on the Webster side, it's a good bet to have what you need, so long as it's not huge.

Alameda's long time hardware store still offers great service. For a homeowner who has no clue, they have saved me many times from an expensive call to a plumber or other professional. The incredible old store is gone, but the helpful people are still working.

Greatest hardware store around period. They've got the goods for carpenters and contractors alike. All the hard to find items and items you simply can't find anymore are in stock here. Love this place!

Awesome hometown hardware store for all things great and small. Miscellaneous parts, screws, bolts, etc. in single-serve portions are great for a variety of fix-it jobs. Knowledgeable staff. Free popcorn too.

I love this place! They have anything you could ever need from a local hardware store and so much more! Nice staff who are always willing to help you locate the item you need or help you find the right tool for the job.

This is the place that everyone could enjoy going. This has supplies for fixer upper or hardware store. But also has other little things that you may need in your bath in your kitchen and it makes keys. There are keychains there so you'll be able to find your keys. It's a friendly and welcome area store it was specially nice about this area, you can get some fresh drinks or food and take a walk down two blocks and go to the ocean the beach. Go check it out, enjoy it with your loved ones and your family

This is exactly what a neighborhood hardware store should be. If wal-mart and home depot hadn't taken over the communities every town would have a Pagano's.

The store has almost everything you could want. Home accessories. Check. Kitchen, check. Paint and standard hardware store, check. Cleaning supplies, home decor, check.

The staff is friendly and although it is crowded and small, it is exactly what every town should have.

A long time Alameda fixture that recently relocated to current address. It has always been well stocked and has knowledgeable employees that can help solve your problem. Been going there for almost 40 years and will continue for hopefully many more.

Called ahead to check on product availability and pricing. Everyone, especially Matt, provided first rate customer service. Duane, at the register, greeted myself and every other customer walking in with a smile and welcoming greeting.
