Delicious food! Very well balanced flavors that are not overpowering. Fried chicken is light and crispy with the right amount of batter. Will be back for more.

This is a cute little place and the people who run it are so nice and friendly. I got one of their combos that comes with two bao buns, fries, and a milk tea. I got the fried buns and they were very tasty and filling. Their boba is absolutely delicious. It's flavored so well. I'll defiantly be back!

I came here with a couple of my friends for a couple boba drinks. What we got instead was an experience. I don’t understand how BaoTea can even exist. A Michelin grade chef makes everything from scratch with his own two hands and to top it all off, he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. You can tell he truly loves his craft from the quality of the food and drinks and his enthusiasm for everything cuisine related. I’m definitely going to be a regular here.

The owner puts a great deal of passion into his product. The small interior is incredibly charming, and the photos on the walls are mouthwatering. I had a Thai tea - it's a lot better, in my opinion, than many others that I have had. Usually, I am overpowered with the richness and sweetness from other stores, but this tea didn't need a ton of sugar - probably because it was very fresh and didn't need to cover up stale tea. My partner got a fruit tea with mango stars - they're real! I don't think the fruit bits were frozen or processed at all, and I could taste the difference.

I love this little cafe! The food is so tasty and always prepared fresh to order. The bao baos are delectable with wonderful original sauces. The fruit teas with toppings are refreshing and are among my favorites. The owner is a top-rated chef, and it shows. The environment is upbeat and very clean.

I am allergic to egg and white onion and I do not eat beef or chicken so the amazing Chef/Owner immediately came up with a solution and made me a corn, carrot, cilantro and green onion soup. He was so nice and accommodating. He came up with a solution right away. It was soooooo delicious. I will visit again and again for my new favorite local gourmet fast food restaurant close to home. So fresh too!! The Black Tea Boba was perfect as well!!

I got the hibiscus fruitini with honey Pearl and was definitely satisfied! Very fresh tasting and love the slices of lemon in there. Boba was perfectly sweetened and had nice texture. Will be returning to try more of their menu!

This was my first time trying bao nai, so i have nothing to compare it to, but i was impressed! Very delicious. A great comfort food, but also fresh tastinf somehow. I requested a drink that wasn't on the menu (I don't drink tea) and the person working was very accommodating.

Stopped for Boba, stayed for the incredible food. Amazing Bao, and out of this world fried chicken. Fries were crispy and flavorful. Bubble tea had good flavor without the usual chalkiness of a Matcha Boba.

Additionally the chef running the place was solo, but was hustling to serve a large crowd that showed up just after us. Much respect.

I've only had a few of the teas, and they were awesome. The owner has exceptional customer service skills and is very friendly. He will also help you choose what it is that you are looking for to eat or drink.

Delicioso! Stopped here before heading back home. Their Salt&Pepper Fried Chicken is good. It's flavorful, JUICY!, the breading is crunchy and not too much of it. Will be coming back.

Always love coming here! The owner and his family are always super sweet and friendly. The food and drinks are incredible and it's just a cute little place to hang out and have a snack.

Best matcha boba in Pleasanton! They have vegan options & lets me bring my own reusable cups instead of using plastic.
