I opened a mailbox service with this UPS store a year ago. Receiving and shipping were easy and prompt.

The staff who helped me was fine, I don't take any issue with their service and I know they don't decide prices, hence 2 stars rather than 1.
The thing that horrified me was the price for the two things I needed. They're charging $5 for one b/w printoff!! And one poly bag cost $5 (I did expect to buy packaging, but this thing is basically a thick plastic bag). I was completely mind blown. UPS has gotten too big for their breeches, that is absolutely insane. So it cost me $10 to return an item that actually has return shipping covered, because I don't have printer and didn't receive it in reusable packaging. If I had been expected to pay that for any item $50 or less it wouldn't even be with the expense/time/drive.

Waited 20 min to just drop off a prepaid package. They should just have a separate line for dropping off packages.

Edit: It was not just me. There was a long line of customers behind me as well. The problem with a single queue is that some customers require just 5 seconds while others take 20+ minutes. A single customer can spoil the experiences of many. There are well known ways to avoid this head-of-the-line problem. Having two separate queues is one of them and is easy to implement.
Even the post office pull people off the line if they have a package to pick up. UPS is a world class company that specializes in logistics. And this is exactly a logistics problem.
I am not trying to pick on the store. The overall experience (once in front of the line) is great.
