My husband and I had just spent another long day off trying to go from dealer to dealer looking for a car that would fit us. We ended our day at this dealership without a lot of optimism, but were cheerily greeted by David Ganguet as we entered.

He quickly located and showed us the car we came to see, and gave us the freedom to explore it and came with us on a test drive, even though it was close to closing. He was honest and made us feel at ease throughout the process, never once making us feel rushed or pressured. He gave us good advice and explanations when we needed. After dealing with so many other pushy and downright mean salespeople at other dealerships, it was refreshing, and we were actually excited again to buy this car.

Now we have a car we love and a reliable person to recommend to our friends and family if they need a car. Don’t waste your time somewhere else, and if you can, I’d work with David.

Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and accommodating! We drove over two hours to looks at a vehicle, arrived around 5pm and were driving off the lot with our new ride before 7pm! Financing was quick, no haggling, really felt they wanted to get us the best deal & monthly payment. We even brought our wild two year old and everyone was kind to him as well, even shook his hand when we left! We are thrilled with the experience and our new ride.

I had an excellent experience with the service department. I was having a Lincoln MKC that I planned on buying from another dealer looked at to make sure everything was good. Andre made sure the vehicle was in good shape before I finalized the purchase. It just needed an alignment so he took care of that for me and dealt with the dealership on my behalf. I had a great experience with both the salesperson (Shek) and the finance gal (Sherise). Honest people, communicated clearly and honored the price the original salesperson quoted. There were no games played or high-pressure stuff you might expect when purchasing a new vehicle. Happy customer.

After looking around at several places we finally found the car we wanted at a price we could afford. We inquired through CarGuru, Zameer Nabi immediately contacted us with more information about the car. We set up a test drive and decided to buy the car. Zameer was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone at Livermore Ford was quite nice. Car-buying isn’t generally fun but Livermore Ford made it relatively painless.

Hands down the best experience ive had at a dealership. The salesman Zameer is very professional and took care of my new vehicle purchase with ease, great location nice people and just an overall great experience here at Livermore Ford, if you are looking for a new Ford why go anywhere else.

Truck was brought here to get some work done. Jessica in the service department was my service advisor super helpful held my hand through the whole process of getting the work approved by the warranty company. Was on top of ordering the parts before approval whole process took awhile because of going back and forth with the warranty company. But over I’ma satisfied with the whole outcome.

My husband and I have been seeing lots of good reviews for the Ford Mustang Mach-E online and became interested in purchasing one for ourselves. For years we have wanted to switch over to electric vehicles to help the environment and save on gas. We also both have smaller cars and wanted an SUV for more space since we plan to have kids soon.

We walked into the Livermore Ford dealership around 6PM after work with the intention of test driving the Mach-E to see if it fit our needs. We were greeted at the door by a very kind salesman named Rafi. He normally gets off work at 6PM but stayed over late to assist us. He immediately took us over to a Mach-E that was available for test driving and presented all the features on the car. He allowed us to privately test drive on our own so we drove the car around Livermore for about half an hour. We definitely fell in love with the car after test driving and walked back into the dealership with the intention to purchase. We specifically wanted to purchase the California Route 1 with extended range battery in black. Lucky for us, there was an all black version that just arrived the night before! Rafi sat down with us and patiently went through the purchasing process. He was very professional and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We never felt rushed or pressured. Rafi has the type of friendly personality that made us feel like we’d known him for a long time even though we had just met him. His manager also came over a few times and made sure we were taken care of.

After doing all the financial paperwork, the buying process concluded around 10PM. Rafi handed me my key and opened the door to my new car. He even helped me set up the FordPass app on my phone so I could use my phone as a key as well as access other fancy features. I was very appreciative of how late he stayed at work just to make sure everything was in order for me.

Since our transaction went a bit late, the worker who does the car wash and detailing was already off work. Rafi scheduled for me to come in the next morning to have the wash and detailing done. I drove my car in the next morning and Rafi drove me back home so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. When my car was done being cleaned, he had his coworker AJ come pick me up. AJ was very friendly and professional as well. After being brought over to my clean car, he helped un-package the all-weather floor mats that came with the car and installed them all for me.

A week after my purchase, Rafi called me to check in and see how the car was working out. Again I was very appreciative of him looking out for me.

Out of all my car buying experiences, this was hands down the best I’ve had. Rafi and his team at the Livermore Ford really made me feel like a valuable customer and that I came to the right place to buy a car. I am loving my new ride and have gotten so many compliments on it already!

I recently purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger from Joaquin and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! Super easy going and not pushy at all!
