CVS

I have been going to this Cvs for about five years and have always appreciated the service and the friendliness especially at the pharmacy. I see some petty negative reviews so I feel inclined to give a positive review. Not a big fan of drug stores but I am always happy to walk in this one

The store is new so it's nice and clean. Everyone has been really nice.

I love this store. The CVS on Santa Rita and the other Bernal store are closer but I have have been going to this location for years for my prescriptions. The people are so friendly and helpful. I would give a 5 star but there is always room for improvement. :)

The pharmacy closed at 7 PM. Heaven help you if you are a working person who commutes. Never again, CVS! I will never use CVS again!

Came to pick up a photo order I placed. There were three people in line and one cashier. She tells me she'll be right with me. She rings up the three people in line, but more people entered the line. She calls over that she'll be right with me, again, but keeps ringing up the new people. More people keep joining the line, while I'm left to wait for the photos. I eventually eft. I understand being busy and I feel for the woman obviously being the only person in the store to handle the customers. But you can't keep ringing up new people when someone else has been waiting for ten minutes.

would have given a zero star if that's an option. very bad experience with the pharmacy there. a simple prescription takes hours to fill and the pharmacists working there don't seem to care and they're not helpful with questions or providing necessary instructions/clarifications to the customer. Comparing to other CVS locations, Safeway or Raley's pharmacies nearby, huge difference in attitude and professionalism. Time for a change or I'd wonder who would want to come here any more.

They messed up my COVID vaccine card. Twice we might need this to travel. They should have better service. I will not use this pharmacy anymore. Pharmacy was rude. Now I have a messed up card. I recommend not using this pharmacy. Find a different CVS.

Be advised. Long car lines to get Covid-19 test. We waited two hours to receive test package for self-administration, even though we had an appointment. Don't blame the one person behind the counter. Blame the CVS corporate for poor management.

Schedule covid test online with them, received confirmation number. Go there, they say I am missing information and cannot do the test. No way to fix it, only can reschedule a new one. Never going back.

Bathroom looks worst that a gas station bathroom. For a newer location you would think the manager would take some pride in maintaining the cleanliness. Makes me wonder how clean their associates hands are..... yuck! Will go elsewhere!

The customer service at this place is horrible. They are VERY VERY SLOW. It took them forever to find my photos and in the end, they had to reprint them which took long too. Please avoid this location!
