The registration system is a bit confusing. You must first park in the parking lot on the right. Walk to the security point and check in there, and also receive a questionnaire document from the security. After that, walk to the other end of the parking lot, there you give all the BOL and another questionnaire. Return to the truck and wait for an SMS with a confirmation code. When you receive this code, return to the first security point and register to receive a door number. After receiving the door, we drive to the second security booth and pick up our documents in a folder. Break a seal and park at the door. Take paperworks to the lumperfee point, near the 911 door.
Upd: appt 17:00, arrived 16:20, check in 16:40, at door 17:10, paperwork ready at 18:15. Excellent job guys, thank you.

I had no idea Safeway was this big. Bigger than Disneyland I think; trucks coming and going everywhere it was very impressive. Mind blowing what goes into getting products to people.

Very nice people good facility there is parking GPs friendly they have 2 warehouses 1 for dry goods and 1 for frozen
The frozen one on 26101 hansen rd and they have parking if you came and hour or 2 early will be good

Idk what every one is crying about. The check in system is simple. Park, walk up, Check in, get door, check in again, back in….. wait. Quick to unload me.

Easy in and out. However, there are times when one may spend more time than expected.

I do not understand everyone else's reviews. I got to the receiver at 0811 for a 0930 appointment. Checked in. Was docked by 0845. I was out of there by 1030.

The lady at check in was friendly, the lady at the dock was friendly. I had only 1 issue here. The other drivers. You're an inconvenience to them if you're trying to dock next to them. But otherwise, I had no problems.

I had a great experience! While there was a little bit of a wait.. the lady and guy at the window kept me very informed and was very patient! One of the better experiences for a drop!

App was at 9:30 got late due to weather.Arrived 10:50 p ark in dirt lot right entrance before guard shack,then check on other side of lot near docks. Stay in your truck and on dock after unloading and light turn green. U will get call from lumper for payment, I did CC. After getting call go near door saying receiving, there is a shack written UC Universal chain inc they will give u bills.

Not a bad place to deliver to in and out in a couple hrs parking on the street for overnight parking

I was there to deliver a piece of equipment to the shop and everyone was very friendly and professional. I know it's not always like that on the grocery side.

Made my first deliveries to this DC today. I had two different deliveries and they handled everything really well. I had 0300 and 0630 appointments but arrived late the day before. Normally they don't let you park on site more than 2 hrs before your appointment time (there is some parking on the street) but the gate guard was nice to me and let me park early. I checked in at 0135 and they had my first door ready by 0145. Had me unloaded by 0315 and headed back to the gate for my second door assignment which I got at 0452. Had me unloaded by 0625 and now I'm waiting on my bills at 0748. Even if it takes another hour it still has been a good experience. I'm not sure about the negative comments I had read but that was not what I experienced.

I looked at all the reviews and was waiting for the worst. My appointment was at 12 P.M. and I arrived at 10:12 that morning. I got a door at 11:56 and was done by 12:33 and had 39862 lbs on my back. My bills was ready by 12:37 and I told them that I was completely shocked according to all the reviews. Maybe it was just my day......

Got here a day early for my appointment they took me in gave me a door was done in two hours best place

Delivered a dry load here today in covid 19 pandemic. Arrived 6.40 for 7.45 appointment. Got the call for door at 8.05. out the door by 9.50. nice people. $ 180 lumper for about little over half truck load. Reefer and dry receiving are at different places. They have dirt ground to park for early arrivals and lot of on street parking even though signs says no parking on street 🤷🏼‍♂🤦🏼‍♂

Got here at 5pm my appointment was for tomorrow but they took me in and unloaded me great place

Prior to my delivery, I read the reviews posted. Terrible! Upon arrival, I found the personnel to be polite & professional, and the service to be efficient. Half a truckload, 6am appointment, in & out approximately 2.5 hrs. Kudos, Safeway!

Was in and out 45 minutes tops lumper is a little expensive but Cici the night time guard is professional and very sweet and funny I could talk to her for hours the industry needs more ladies like her

My appointment was for 2am, got here at 1:30 am. Gave me a door and was docked at 1:55 am. They started unloading at around 2:15 am. 3:15 am done.... outstanding!!!!

I was prepared for a lonnng and frustrating wait-but I went straight to a door. Unloaded and papers in hand in less than two hours

I guess it depends on what you're hauling. I del meat and get in and out 1 or 2 hours
