Came to the auto care department for tire replacement, and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the service and the patience and friendliness of the staff. This location is probably the best for getting tires done right, and fast! Not much waiting at all on a Friday afternoon. Greatly appreciate the customer service. Will definitely come back again.

I've been delivering to this place for the last 2 years. I find that the staff is very friendly. Very knowledgeable and they know their business very well. I've delivered too.
To visitors this day here. Always very generous in their tips. As this places a high-end establishment.
Will recommend to anyone coming out of town or out-of-state to visit. They will hook you up with a guide. Very nice penhouses and suites do will not be disappointed

In this store, there are two outstanding employees - Lucy ( looks like oriental woman around the late 30 or the beginning of 40 and Richard ( An American tall guy who looks strong and big with small amount of white beard ). I saw that Lucy sometimes work as the person who double check customer's receipts. I also saw that they both work in the area on the left side of customers's entrance door.

Pretty cleaned and great organization in this Walmart, better than most that I’ve been into.

Clean, well stocked. Employees answered questions regarding location of items or if carried or not. Good deals.
2 registers open. Has self check out.
Went to self checkout. Someone had just run out without paying. ☹
I wouldn't have known but a young male employee was at the register I was waiting on and said " someone just walked out without paying" disturbed look, no big alarms made.
Sad this stealing goes on. Customers pay for there crime. There was a woman sitting to check receipts, they must have just grabbed and ran out from the self checkout. Disturbing to me🤪

Walmart auto care center- they are always short staffed. If you need an oil change and arrive after 10:30 am it will take 2 hrs minimum.

Always one of my favorite stores to shop at, but they actually have more deals online.

Only place I can get my stuff and be out of there in reasonable amount of time unlike other locations in the Bay Area will take forever.

They have everything for every season and at a very good price compared to other stores

Good selection in Electronics did I purchased a blue tooth Visio sound bar, at a very good price the Walmart associate helped me and also checked if it came with an optical cord which I needed. So it all worked out just fine.

Love the staff at the Livermore Pharmacy. They are very understanding and patient with all that need help. My Doctors office called in a prescription and it was ready within minutes of me getting to the pharmacy. They answered all my questions very clearly and thoroughly. I am very happy.

We always have good experiences coming to this Walmart’s automotive department. Today we were assisted by a kind gentleman named Victor Perez to get our tires rotated. It was also refreshing to see how kind their receptionist Kim greeted her customers and helpful colleagues Michael and Robert while we waited. Keep up the good work. They are amazing. Please come support them so they can open longer hours to support us back.
