Four Points by Sheraton Pleasanton

Good value and looking forward to the renovation to be complete. Very nice setting with relaxing water running throughout the property and a nice pool. The rooms are satisfactory and hoping to get an upgrade at some point in the future. Disappointed the lounge/restaurant is not open as I always enjoy a four points breakfast platter and a drink before bed. TV could be larger and a preview channel or guide would be nice.

I stayed there with my kids. I was looking for bigger room. This is the best I could find. Rooms are biggest in area to stay with kids. Location is not too far from freeway that saves time and it’s not next to freeway to have traffic noise.. location is just perfect. Found all staff very courteous. Have mini fridge in place, it’s little smaller then other hotels but not a big issue for me. Requested additional chair and microwave which were provided without any additional cost. Room service were on time and good to see room clean on return. Walkable to bart is additional benefit!! No breakfast, could have been better but no big deal breaker for me.

I enjoyed the pool & I really enjoyed my neighbor in #607, he was so kind, as were the front desk. 24 hr gym was nice, only thing missing was some free breakfast. I felt very safe at this hotel.

Was not expecting much given lots of recent bad reviews but our stay has been great. Rooms were clean, price was good. Stayed the night while we checked out a comedy show and some wineries. Enjoyed our stay.

Very good environment for family weekend stay. There are a few s things they can improve in my opinion, a) extend the pool hours to 24 hours b) install a few EV chargers and c) add water filter or purification mechanism for the water in pound.

This hotel was great, awesome even. The grounds with gardens are water fixtures we’re extremely nice to walk in, even at night. Every room has a balcony area, even the ground floor units have an area you can walk out the door. The bed was comfortable, the rooms are clean, pleasant service as well. The only thing I could complain about for the ceilings. The ceilings had water stains and cracks. Not just in my room, but throughout the hotel. Little TLC is needed when it comes to the ceiling. But outside of that, this place is great. That small detail of the ceilings is not worth missing out on this hotel, you won’t regret it for the price (Which when I stayed was around $107 per night)

Sitting on the patio and walking the trails along the little creeks and waterfallls were a nice break from the room.

G found this spot on Price line and booked it for $64.00! And what a find!!! Easy check in. Took about 5 minutes and the front desk agent was very polite. The lobby was clean and that mattered because at 64.00, we were ready to rip this place a new one. The hallways were clean and our room is spot on. G agrees; spot on. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were nice. The room lacks a microwave and fridge, but at 64.00, you can go downstairs and use them in the lobby. G loved the balcony and found the grounds and scenery around the hotel peaceful and quiet. Great job Sheraton. This critic power couple is seriously impressed!

Great rooms surrounded by beautiful gardens. We had a downstairs room that had a beautiful private patio that opened onto the gardens. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The bed was super comfortable.

No elevators to the second floor, so be sure to ask for a downstairs room if you can't do stairs. The only complaint was no Disney channel, which is important if you're staying with a young child.

I liked this hotel, the staff were polite and helpful, the grounds are really beautiful. For sure the rooms are a bit dated but they were clean and comfortable which is the main thing I care about.

Loved our overnight stay here. On our way to the room, there were meandering creek and pool.... beautiful landscaping. A very relaxing scene. Upscale feel to the accommodations, and the bed and feather pillows were dreamy.

This hotel is absolutely awesome! The front desk was friendly and very helpful. When I got to my room there was a group of people gathering in the hallway, they were so loud so I called the front desk if I can get a different room. They delivered my new room key to my room and a staff escorted me to my new room. Chris the maintenance guy was very polite and helpful, his a good asset to the company. The bed and pillow are so comfortable that I wanted to take them home. :)

Stayed here while working at an event at the fairgrounds. It's a very nice hotel with spacious rooms and particularly was a fan of having a microwave and mini fridge for use as well. We had a room with a little patio facing the pool which was an added bonus. I also want to point out its within walking distance of several restaurants as well. Would definitely stay again.

You get your money's worth.
The place overall was very quiet for the most part. I enjoyed my stay there very much. I would recommend this place to friends and family or anyone for that matter. The rates are very reasonable, and the beds are super comfortable. . . What else do you need !?!

I love the location, the outside of the hotel and ambience. What I have never liked is the staff tends to be not so friendly, or cooperative! The rooms while big, with great beds, the showers & baths are poor shape! They did some renovations the past few years; but they did not upgrade the bathrooms. Lastly, for the life of me; how can a hotel of such class name have a bar that closes by 10:00-11:00 at night, even when it’s loaded with customers? It’s crazy! I am a SPG Platinum Member for more than 20 years.

Went here for a conference. Space was good. Tables and chairs were good. Served lunch which wasn't the best Mediterranean food I've had in my life, but for hotel food, it was awesome.
Went to the bar afterwards and service was good and cocktails were solid. Would definitely host something here if I lived in the area.

We absolutely adore this hotel! The rooms are clean, and extremely comfortable, and the staff is lovely. My kids love the pool, and I love enjoying dinner on the balcony in the evenings. 10/10 I wish I could rate this place higher!

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Four Points Sheraton. The room I stayed in was fairly spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked very well. I also enjoyed the community areas. There was a small stream running through the middle of the campus which was nice to sit next to. The next time I am in town the Four Point Sheraton will be my first choice to stay at.
