Love love love this jewelry store . They are hands down the BEST jewelry in town. Diane, Dan and Chad helped me design this ring. I was so elated when saw the final result. They are very knowledgeable, creative and very trustworthy people you will ever encounter. You won’t be disappointed the minute you stepped into this store. Chad was great and super helpful! I had some older pieces that belonged to my grandmother that needed repair and he was so helpful. Even though I wasn’t buying new pieces he treated me with the same card and respect! I would definitely return in the future for other repairs and to shop!

Wow! What can i say!!!! I walked in because i needed two new watch batteries and I’m so glad i found this small family owned gem! As soon as i walked in i was met by the most friendliest guy ever! Held amazing conversation, and made me feel extremely welcomed! He replaced the batteries in about 10 mins! Quick, friendly, and a beautiful store! I’ll be back to look at wedding bands soon! AMAZING AMAZING place!!

My partner and I went into Higgins to shop for an engagement ring. After visiting the store, we stopped looking. Chad did a great job with hearing out wants and demonstrated his passion for making good custom work. In our initial discussion, I could see him visualizing it in his mind and using his hands to describe it. We loved the professionalism but also the pride in their work. There is a reason why they have good reviews and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our favorite jewelry store! We like the fact that this is an old family business in Hayward. Chad is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I trusted him with my grandmother's wedding and engagement rings with great results.

My fiancee and I went to the jewelry center to purchase an estate engagement ring for me and a custom-made wedding band for him. We immediately felt really comfortable with the family - they are very friendly and are specialists in hand-crafting jewelry. They encouraged me to purchase my wedding band (an 1890s cigar band) on Etsy that I had been eyeing, and found the absolute perfect engagement ring to match with it from their estate collection. We have since had my wedding band resized and purchased diamond earring jackets. We couldn't be happier with our purchases and with the service received. Higgins is definitely our jewelry store for life!

Chad and his team made my engagement ring and our wedding bands and we are in LOVE with them. We had a custom design and an idea in our minds and Chad made it come to life. We are so happy and can’t wait to wear these rings forever! Thank you Chad and Higgins Jewelery Center!

Higgins Jewelry Center is awesome! Our family has been going here since the 70s when it was the Bulova Center (same family owners). They are always friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure the customer understands any work to be performed.



Today the wife and I took in my new watch to have the band sized for me, a multi-stone diamond and emerald ring of hers that had lost one of the emeralds, a son in laws wedding ring that has a cracked diamond, and our daughters 3-ring wedding set that needed cleaning. We were out of there in about 20 minutes with the watch resized (I wore it out of the store), the ring set cleaned (beautifully!), an estimate to repair the men's wedding ring with comparable diamond, and a proposal for resetting the stones from my wifes ring in a new, custom setting.



We have always had positive experiences here and Dann is a very talented gemologist and jewelry designer. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent! We would not hesitate to recommend them!

Our family has been buying engagement rings here since the 70's .When you want something special and one of a kind this is the place.

I came in for a ring sizing. Chad (Chaz?) was super helpful and wouldn’t accept anything for his trouble. But he said they do really appreciate getting reviews. Thank you sir, I appreciate it!

Forgive me for I have forgotten the owner's name as he just told me like 20mins ago🤦🏽‍♀ but his shop named after his last name #HIGGINS but above all that, Mr. Higgins literally helped me get what I wanted even with a last min show up to his shop. I highly recommend this shop for jewelries and resizing watches(yup, my main reason for going in there as a first timer and the owner literally satisfied my need for my watches) Thanks so much Mr.Higgins.

i'm a local small business owner, who appreciates the hard work involved and try supporting local businesses, sometimes that doesn't work out but i always try ... in this case, i found an absolute TREASURE !

The service is excellent, the quality of products is excellent, and after a little honest negotiations, everyone able to express what they felt represented a "fair deal" (gold jewelry prices fluctuate with gold prices, theres no getting around that!), i walked out with 4 beautiful smaller gold necklaces to give to my daughers & grand daughters as forever christmas gifts.

Thank you, i got everything i wanted, and the chains look beautiful on the girls :)

Real down to earth 🌍 person my chain clamp was bent and he just fixed it with no issues. Also cleaned it so I could look fresh for the weekend. On mommas we need more people like the guy that helped me.
