#1 Nails & Spa

I will never go to another nail salon to get my nails done again! I had been going to a different shop for several years and was never really wowed by the work. The last time they did such a bad job that I knew I had to find a different place! I did my research and decided to go to #1 nails and I am so happy that I did! My nails look absolutely amazing and I have never left the salon unhappy! My daughter now goes with me and gets her nails done too! Lavina is a true artist and Tony’s pedicures are to die for! I’ve not yet had a pedicure by Tammy (hopefully next time!) but she is so sweet! The salon is clean and serene! You can’t go wrong getting your nails done here!

Excellent service. I went to the highest rated nail salon in Roanoke for an acrylic set and #1 had to fix them. After they fixed them my nails were so pretty and symmetrical, and lasted a really long time. If my new job allowed me to have them this is the only place I would go. My husband also got a pedicure on the same day and said his experience was also excellent. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

Everyone here is so nice and great at what they do. I have never had an issue here and this is the only place in Roanoke I trust with my nails.

This place is where you need to go! This is the first place I felt comfortable putting in my feed back about what I want. They are super friendly easy to understand and are great at what they do! She cut my nails and shaped them to exactly what I asked for. They also continuously ask for your input to make sure they are getting it right! It’s amazing and I recommend to all.
I usually get anxious when I get my nails done because I always waiting to see what they mess up this time but I was able to enjoy my nails this time around and they just came out better than expected!!!

My nails have never looked better! Lavina, Tammy, and Tony are the kindest, best nail technicians in the area! Customer service is out of this world, and the selection of polish colors is huge! I love this salon!

Honestly the best nail salon i have ever been to! They are all so friendly and DO NOT rush to get you in and out. I got a pedicure, and it was so relaxing! Will definitely be back! I would recommend everyone coming here!

As soon as we walked in both myself and my boyfriend were offered complimentary beverages as I picked out my nail color. Staff was so friendly! My nail technician fixed a lot of mistakes that my previous nail artist had made. Definitely will be going back!!

Wonderful service. Very clean!! I’m an aesthetician and we’ll educated on OSHA, sterilization and sanitation, and they did an excellent job. Most products used were disposable one time use products, and all masks/lotions/scrubs were in foil packets. Impressed!! I’ll definitely be returning.

Lavina is the absolute BEST ever for acrylic gel nails. They are gorgeous and last forever. I’m literally a customer for life.
